if i could give this place 0 stars i would. i brought my computer in earlier this week on thursday and was told that he’d run a diagnostic test and call me the next day with issue, solution & pricing. yesterday(friday) we went over the price and the issue, he said he would fix it & i was told i could come pick it up today. i had to call them to find out if it was ready for pickup, which i did around 11:45am-12pm and was told my computer had not been fixed yet and to come in 2 hours. i just left the shop not even 10 minutes ago & was told that my computer was still not fixed. the man at the counter told me the screen they used to replace the computer wasn’t working??? so why didn’t i receive a phone call? why am i just now finding out when i’m thinking i’m going to be picking up a FIXED computer. i am a college student currently studying for my MCAT IN TWO WEEKS. now i’m being told to wait until tmrw to see if the new screen works? & i’ll possibly have to wait until monday if it doesn’t, which i’m sure it won’t. this is completely unprofessional, had i known it would’ve taken this long; i would’ve taken my computer elsewhere. & if you’ve read this to here i suggest you should take your electronic elsewhere too, this is completely & utterly unacceptable.

NEW: now they’re lying in their reply and saying i said couldn’t wait that long when i was called to about the pricing. that is FALSE. i told the man at the counter WHEN I CAME TO PICK UP (what i thought was a repaired) COMPUTER that i couldn’t wait that long as i was in school. how can they say they stopped repairs when i allegedly said it would take to long if; when i came to pick up the computer the man at the counter literally showed me the new screen installed on the computer and said it wasn’t working which is why it wasn’t ready???? one thing i will not accept is being called a liar. my original review above is completely true, and for your business to come and lie to save face can be added to the utterly...

I brought my phone here to get my cracked screen fixed. They fixed the screen but broke other parts of my phone. I immediately throw my phone on the charger when I get home from the store. I was unable to charge my phone and was recieving an error message I have never seen before. I then google the error message I received and it is an issue that happens when the screen is incorrectly changed. They did not want to take responsibility on damaging my phone and insisted it was damaged when I brought it in, which it wasnt, I had no issues except a cracked screen. I had no choice but to let then fix my phone which they damaged and I had to pay for it. I wish I would have read the Google reviews before bringing my phone, i would have never given them my business...seems like alot of people have the same issues with this store that I'm having. I had to pay 220 for my screen to be fixed and then had to pay them to fix the damage they did to my phone when replacing the screen. I am now having more issues with my phone which were never present before bringing my phone to them. Completely bad business procedure, they are dishonest and not trust worthy. I wish I would have never brought my phone here, it is now more damaged than when I brought it in. Also there is glue bieng displaced where the screen and phone connect. So they not only damaged my phone, they also did a bad job fixing my screen. Dont bring them your business. If they damage your property while fixing something they will not take responsibility for it. I am now out $260.00 and my phone is now damaged even more than before I brought it to them.... wish I would have read the reviews first. Hope this saves some1 the headache of dealing...

I came to this location so I could simply fix a cracked glass on my cell phone screen. It was a simple screen replacement like the gentleman behind the counter told me. It was such a horrible experience with this store. Amateur that is all I could say about the people that work at Talk N Fix wireless in Passaic. It starts at the young man behind the counter where he makes you feel like he is doing you a favor by taking your business. My phone end up not charging after the screen replacement. I brought it back to them and they told me it was a part that need to be replaced. They replaced it, but in return the phone will not recognize the network anymore (no phone calls, no text, no internet). My phone also slowly charging to the point where I need 6 hours just to charge the phone. If I could give them ZERO STAR, I would. I usually do not write reviews, but I was fooled with the 790 positive reviews that made me come here to begin with. At the end I was so tired dealing with these people which made me take my business somewhere else. Do not be fooled with couple of smiles and 790 positive reviews do your homework! Update: The pictures are the charging board which was damaged by Talk N Fix store. The board effected the the charging process of the phone and, the ability for the phone to recognize the network. Now my phone works after $80 of replacement parts & labor from a real cell phone...
