Whit's Frozen Custard — Attraction in Pataskala

I would give ZERO stars if I could for rude staff and lazy staff. I arrived at 8pm the hours say open till 9pm and ordered 3 shredded chicken sandwiches and was told they put all there hot food away at 7pm. I asked if they could just give me cold food and I would warm it up at home i was given an eyeroll and she turned her back on me and continued to work. The other staff asked her is they could and got no response... I worked 14 hrs was dead tired and just wanted a chicken sandwich and instead of going extra mile and giving customer service they chose rudeness..I have never been to your restaurant but I heard how good your chicken sandwiches were after today I will NEVER return and will tell everyone I know...

Was driving down the road with a friend who had just moved to Pataskala and saw that there was a Whit's! I have two near me in Lewis Center and have raved about it to my friend. Went in to show my friend what all the buzz was about. Have to say based upon what I am used to at the Delaware and Sunbury locations this was a disappointment. I ordered one of the Whitsers and it was dripping down the cup, what a mess. My friend had the flavor of the week caramel cookies and cream and it barely had any caramel or cookies in it! I don't know if I would go back to this...

Went to whits in Pataskala today. First time going since we moved here in Pataskala in2021. I tried the apple pie vanilla ice cream. It was delicious. It was such a good treat. Ive been told from my niece that the cakes are delicious. My niece even stopped getting Dairy Queen cakes. Because she said whits was so much better. I’ll have to try it one day to see for myself.Also very friendly and helpful if you don’t know much about whits...
