The food is good. I have no complaints there and would eat here often if it weren't for the awful service.
The first time my husband and I came, we were pretty impressed. The service was a little slow, but the food was good and my drink was fun- I ordered the cucumber margarita, and it was delicious! It had a little disco light, fruits, some sour candy, and a lot of fresh cucumber.... I really enjoyed it.
The second time, the food was still good, but my drink didn't have any of the fancy stuff on it. Not a big deal, but a little disappointing because the combo of the margarita and sour candy was delightful. What was really disappointing, however, was the service. Our waiter would disappear for 20, 30 minutes, and we had to literally hunt him down multiple times to get refills, and ask for the check.
The third time, I went with my friend and we got the same waiter. This time, he could barely stay at the table long enough to take our order; I was literally yelling my order because he was walking away while I was trying to place it. They were out of ingredients for a few of the specialty margaritas (so no cucumber margarita this time around), and my friends Pollo in her chimichanga was so salty, it made us both gag. When the waiter finally showed up 20 minutes later, we told him about the inedible chicken, and he immediately disappears for another 20 minutes, until my friend hunted him down to get our checks so we could get out of there.
I don't know if I'll be back, because even though the food and drinks were good (other than that chicken), I really don't feel like I should have to hunt my waiter down in the back room any time I...

We were part of a large party, and the servers were quick to bring chips, salsa, water, and appetizer dips. However, our main server took a VERY long time to finally take our orders. Everyone at our table got their food within 25 mins, except me and my husband. No one came out to acknowledge this, and I had to make eye contact with a server at the bar in order to get anyone's attention to let them know. When we finally did get our food, my husband said his BBQ tacos were delicious, but his rice and beans (which we had to remind her about) were cold. My chicken fajita taco salad was delicious but quite small, and I guess I thought there would be more lettuce. The taco shell was also overcooked.
We had clarified how the billing would be from the beginning, but our server did not seem to have paid attention to this.
Overall, I was not impressed enough to think about coming back. Food was better than...
