Vapor Station — Local services in Pataskala

I went into Vapor Station last Sunday on 11/3 in the search for coils for my long out dated mod. Which I’ve not been able to find anywhere. WES and GREG were working that evening. I’m a regular there, so when I walk in the guys automatically set out the juice I always buy, which is Very Cool and coils. I was using a back up tank because my regular one broke. And since I couldn’t find coils anymore for my current tank I was going to by a new one. Problem number 2. I was very limited on the kind of tank I could get because of the design of my mod. There was only 1 tank in the store that would fit my mod and take the x-4 coils I normally used in my old tank. But, the tank was very expensive. Wes and Greg stated, that they were not going to be happy until they helped me find a new mod that was suitable for me. They took the time to listen to me about what it was about my old mod I liked, and used that information to find a new mod. One that was in my price range and comparably priced to the tank I was going to buy. I ended up getting the Aegis, and I love it. I’m 41 years old, and used Vaping as a means to quit smoking. This place is amazing. I have been going here since 2018, and I have never once had a bad experience. John and Wes are awesome dudes, they always go above and beyond for their customers. I could stand there for hours and just talk to them. They are like family to me, and since I moved about 25 minutes away, I still make the drive to go there. They carry the products I use, which the one closest to me doesn't, but thats not what keeps me going back. Its their customer service. Unfortunate for this Joe guy leaving such a negative review, who is obviously entitled and doesn't understand the importance of taking care of returning/regular customers in small businesses. I've never had an issue at this location, the employees have always been extremely helpful and tend to customers with ease. There is a great variety of ejuice lines here at a great price point!
