I went into the location to pay for my sprint phone bill and decided to switch my sim card over from sprint to the t mobile network. The guy who was helping me gave me the impression that he was knowledgeable about swapping out a sim card. After about ten minute, he turns my phone over face down and tells me the he will be right back. I picked up my phone to see what the status was and he had did a factory reset on it without informing me that there was a issue. When he returned from the back of the store, he told me that he went to the back to ask the manager if he had heard of this issue and the manager told him no. Out of all of my years of having a cell phone, I neverd had any issues in swapping out a sim card or putting it into a newer phone.
He then placed the old card back in to see if it would fix the issue but as anyone knows that if you do a factory reset, IT WIPES EVERYTING out of the phone. I lost a lot of personal notes, my messages for work and friends, pictures that were not backed up for that day and many other things.

I will go back to the store to talk to the manager to see what...

Since no one seems to know how to let us purchase brand new phones, it’s off to...
