Heads up everyone this place has the worst management. My wife bought 2 different sets of clothes that were same size and apparently one of those set of clothes had a stitching issue that was clearly the store fault. I requested them to give us the same size and same color but give us a one that has no stitching issue at least. They said no to it because we took of the tag and that we came back a little late. I understand the late part but what about there fault if the stitching is not right. My suggestion is to all the customers to make sure the stitching is fine before you buy something from here because they won’t accept their fault. We left the clothes with them because it not even wearable. Don’t just buy from them because it’s a Palestine store but there is something called business ethics and excepting your fault rather than just blaming the customer to be late. Stitching is the store responsibility and not the customers!! Will never recommend anyone...
Read moreI ordered a dress for an event and they said it would arrive after 3 days. It didn’t arrive for another month. I reached out on instagram, WhatsApp and email multiple times and did not get a reply at all. I was not able to track my order and ups said they did not receive my order. When my package came in after a while, I opened it and i was in disbelief. The quality is completely different than on camera, it was a lot shorter, they replaced the buttons on the back with a pin!! One side of the dress was completely different than the other side. I was not able to lift my arms up because of how tight the texture was. It was not worth the price and I am very disappointed. I am shocked!! I was looking forward to buying more things on bliss hijab but after this moment I will never spend another dollar on this...
