This place has to be by far the worst place I ever dealt with. So I purchase a Queen size pillow top mattress. A couple weeks later, its starts to kinda sink in on one side. So I call the Pawtucket store some lady tells me its my box spring because I didn’t purchase it from them (my boxspring is perfectly fine). So after I try to explain the issue the lady repeatedly talking over me telling me its the boxspring, so eventually I ask for a manager and she says I have to call providence. So after many attempts of calling providence, I was answered and that woman told me that I needed to provide pictures of the sink in the bed. So I email the pictures as told, thats night which was a monday, I received a call back and the lady said I had to bring back the mattress cleaned and unripped (which is cool, I literally had the bed for about 2/3 weeks at the time). So I tell the lady on the phone that I can come on Wednesday. So fast foryro Wednesday, I decide to call the store to confirm the pickup, the same lady tells me the beds not in stock. So i tell her why would they tell me to come switch the bed if it wasnt in stock, she stated “i had to come the same day” i then told her that, i told her when she called I would be in Wednesday, so why wasn’t my bed put on hold. Then she tells me i can bring the bed now and wait for my bed to come, ( that would leave me withoua bed) so I decline, she then says I can get a different bed and pay for the difference, then puts me on hold, so i told her, just tell me the price difference between my bed nd the next bed up. She said hold on, put me on hold, came back and said I had to wait for my exact bed. So now, here I am... having to wait to sleep comfortably on a bed I paid for IN FULL. This is ridiculous and I would not suggest anyone go there!
UPDATE: Its is now 2:10pm and I received a call from the store. The lady stated “they have a bed for me to come pick up” i cant come now that I dnt have the person here to help nor the truck, because initially they stated they didnt have the bed available. So I tell the lady on the phone, I cant because im on my way to pick up my son and then have class 5-7pm (reason why I was upset about them not having my bed earlier, the time they originally told me to pick up the bed) so she proceeds to say “So now that we have a bed, you can’t come pick it up. You need to telk me what day you can come.” So i reply and told her I did that from the jump and the bed wasn’t available, so now shes yelling at me telling me “what day can you pick it up” i told her Saturday and she hung up on me. Read moreBought a sofa set , tv console and a coffee table side table set, spent a little over 1400 , dont even live in ri but because i liked the staff i bought from here and picked up and moved the items on my own. Issue with the frame of my month old couch so i call them, first woman i speak to tells me she has to leave a note for the manager because its a manufacturer issue so he will have to call the manufacturer and they will send someone to my home to fix it , tells me the manager will call by wed. Maybe an hr and a half later i get a call from the same woman saying they will fix it in their location BUT i have to bring the couch to them, the couch is huge and there is no way its making it back down the hallway to get out of my house so i explain this and ask to speak to the manager, this woman then tells me there is no manager to speak to , that he left a note for her and that the manager NEVER CALLS only they call customers, another woman gets on the phone and tells me how they are trying to help me out but in reality, they will get paid to fix my couch so theyre making out annndddd i am losing out because i will spend money to get it to them by having to rent a truck to get it out there. So my couch is not actually being fixed for free since im coming out of pocket. So i call the manufacturer and they tell me they pay the people to fix the couch which includes if they have to come to the house so for gas and travel time and so on and so forth , so really this company is just trying to save a buck of their own. i then call the store and leave a message for the MANAGER to call me because i need to see documentation saying that they are able to fix my sofa and that the manufacturer is saying i need to bring it to them and i have YET to receive a call nor have i seen any documentation. I will NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME THERE AND WILL FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO BUY FURNITURE WHEN NEEDED AND I SUGGEST ANYONE...
Read moreIf I could give zero stars, I would. I am just recovering from ankle surgery, and I have not slept on this bed since I purchased it in July because I could not get up the stairs. The one time now that I actually go to sleep on the bed the bedframe snaps. Very dangerous and could’ve set me back on my injury. I finally have someone come lift up the mattress and the box spring to see what’s going on and not only is the frame metal with zero slats, just three pieces of metal sticking out about 3 inches on the inside on both sides. They also sold me a mattress with a wooden box frame without even telling me that the framing for the bed was metal. And they could care less. Because I haven’t been able to sleep upstairs due to my ankle surgery the beginning of August. Brand spanking, new like you could lick the entire thing and be fine. Absolutely horrible customer service because they should’ve had someone come over here and check and they will see that there’s absolutely no slats. I paid for full furniture not half ssa furniture. Very quick to take your money though. Never again!!! Please spend your hard earned money...
