Off Tha Hook — Attraction in Pawtucket

Glad to leave a positive review of a new business we recently used. My children are going to a concert and I contacted the store two days before the show. My son sent over a email after I spoke to the shop owner Rick on the phone and asked how long it would take to get 2 t-shirts printed for the concert. He was very accommodating on the phone after a couple calls to confirm email and how ordering best worked. I found him to be very polite, even though he was busy with other orders, customers, and a meeting. He suggested if I had time to come by the shop to finish the process and pick out shirts. When we walked in we were greeted by the owner Rick and he showed us several shirt options he had in stock since we needed them done in a couple days time. They were finished early the next day and when we picked them up they were exactly what we wanted and well done. Great quality, great and fair prices, and professional, super friendly staff. Will definitely go back to this store again. Loved the experience. Made us feel like friends not customers!! After attempting to use another company, Ooshirts, for our order of 180 shirts for a 5K to benefit youth in foster care, we found out at 4pm the Friday before our Sunday morning event that the shirts would not be delivered. We called almost every custom t-shirt place in RI and noone would or could help us until we spook to the wonderful people at Off tha Hook. Right away they let us know they would do everything in their power to help us out of our predicament and came through. They literally worked into the night to make sure the shirts were completed in time for us to organize them for our event. Even though it was last minute the design they created was amazing and we got tons of compliments from the many race participants. Moving forward I will always order from this company because in a tme of need they went above and beyond to create amazing t-shirts (that still were within our small non-profit budget!) I feel so grateful to this company and would recommend them over...

I literally cannot rave enough about this place. My mom has been here to get a shirt done as a gift for me. 2 months ago, my boyfriend wanted our sons face on his dress socks for our sons baptism and they did a beautiful job fulfilling his wish! The socks were of course, a hit. 2 days ago on a Friday, I showed up to their store almost at 5pm (they close at 8) to see if they would be able to do 3 shirts last minute for me. I had ordered the shirts on Etsy for my sons first birthday and of course they never arrived, and what a mess it was. I needed them by the next day and the party was at 1pm. Rick was so busy running around filling another order he had me talk to Jesse. They were so accommodating even on top of all the work they had.
