This is really a great place for kids to have fun and play with all different sorts of activities but they need to really have employees inside the play area. If my 2.5 year old is playing in the same space as a 10 year old there should be rules in place or at least someone to keep an eye on children who are too wild inside. My daughter got slammed to the ground by an older child using the balls that spin and you can sit on them. He was playing with others who were running so fast around it that this child was literally flying in the air while holding onto this ball and slammed right into my daughter taking her down. It was very busy too. I feel in those instances you need to have someone in different areas controlling or just making sure kids are playing safe, cause parents won’t. They’ll sit outside on their phones while some parents actually go inside and keep an eye on their kids. Unfortunately I had to raise my voice 2x at these children who didn’t understand they just seriously hurt my daughter by playing wayyyy to rough with something that is meant...

I agree with other reviewers that the employees (who were helpful and friendly during the waiver/checkout process) only sat at the desk and did not monitor the play area at all. Signs prohibited food and drink but there was plenty of both, along with older kids being raucous in the soft toddler play area.
No bathrooms inside the facility: closest were on the opposite side of the adjacent food court. There are tables, chairs, and cubbies in...
Read moreI’ll give this place 2 stars because my kid actually love coming here. The workers are basically non existence. You walk in and their just glue to their phone. There no worker monitoring who going in and out. You pay for 2 hours but there no one keeping track, your kid can probably just walk in and play for free since no one is watching who has on a wristband. Don’t even pay the extra 3 dollar for sock you can just lie and say you have one, there were kids barefoot and have regular sock on, there was an adult who had on her sneaker and obviously no one going to say anything. Overall this place is eh but your kids...
