Caffè Nero — Restaurant in Peabody

Typical coffee shop. High traffic but this one walking path is on the narrow side. Would be difficult for wheel chair to navigate especially with all the product display. It is a landmine. For some reason, maybe I was not paying attention, I looked but somehow I cannot find napkins not even an empty holder. But I did saw customer using it. I think it was just me absence minded.

Coffee was typical not bad not the best. Speed was very acceptable. Staff looked very busy. No eye contact no interaction except taking your order and waiting for you to pay. Very transactional. In a way I prefer that because if I want a quick coffee I go to them. If I want a friendly environment I go to a local or townie. This symbiotic environment leave room for each...

EDIT- this place is a failure. I ordered a sandwich off Uber eats and they subbed it for a blueberry muffin. Why not cancel my order??? I was charged 26 dollars for ONE muffin. Now I have to jump through hoops with Uber eats.

I ordered a simple pomegranate tea. Why did it taste like she added 27 pumps of the flavoring used for the drink. I come to caffe Nero all the time for tea. I went to grab some coffee and use the bathroom but they were closed although the doors were open. A man came up to me and told me they were closed. I then pleaded with this guy to let me use the bathroom since the doors were open and I was already inside the shop and he said nope! I am pregnant and I really needed the bathroom, it could have only taken a minute. Starbucks would have never turned me away! Little things like this is what sets you apart from your competitors!
