I have been a customer for many years I have had as many as 15 screen replacements on iPhone's from 4s to 6s as well as 2 iPad screens. They are usually fast. The longest wait time I've had was 3 hours on a saturday. They are professional and polite. The only problem I ever had was when a young guy was working their and repaired my phone. After that everytime I took a call my face touching the screen would activate the numerical buttons... My calls were 2-3 words followed by the sound of pressing numbers 2-3 more words more button pressing sounds :/ I took my phone back a few days later and I didn't have to wait they took it back right away and it was a simple fix. If something isn't right they will work with you. It's a small store, your business, your return business, your recommendations and word of mouth matters here. You have 30 days to return if something's wrong and no questions asked your work is warrenty unless you do something that's obvious negligent on your part. 30 days doesn't seem like much but they have no control over how ppl use and abuse their devices and shouldn't be liable for what ppl do 8-10 months down the road. I'm sure however if they found months later that something was indeed defective on their parts or whatever they would work with you. I have tried another business a few miles away on Beamer just north of beltway 8 it was slightly cheaper and I regretted it and spent twice as much having it repaired again a few months later. I have not tried another company since. I find this location on Dixie farm road@ FM 528 to be honest, they do quality work, and I stand...
Read moreGood evening Priscilla! First of all I have to say that I am VERY highly upset that your business false advertises about your time of closing, that really shows poor customer service on your part. When you and I talked today, you assured me that you would do everything in your power to make it convenient for me to get my cellphone, and it didn’t happen. You said that you would stick around until at least 6:10 pm, and that you would do that today because you knew that I was making a long drive from where I worked. I left work on time to get there when I was met with at least 30 minutes of traffic along with being in the scorching heat of the day. I arrived at 5:59pm at the front door, and realized that the door was locked. I went next door to Bullritos and talked to the young lady at the counter that told me, “yes they left a few minutes ago”. If I have arrived at 5:59 pm, that does not sound like you guys closed the doors at 6 pm. The young lady from Bullritos went to knock on the back door just to make sure, but she said that you guys had already left. I have been inconvenienced twice by your level of service by the first being that my phone was supposed to be ready on Tuesday, but you didn’t call to let me know that, I had to call you and then today’s debacle. I have wasted my time and gas making my way to get to you today, and it would only be right for you to return the level of service that you promised me when I gave you my cellphone to fix. You have to turn this wrong into a right because I am very upset and you...
Read moreBEWARE - DO NOT GET IPHONE BATTERY REPLACEMENTS HERE! I went in to get a new screen and battery replacement for an old iPhone 5. They charged me $150 for both, which seemed fair at the time. The process took less than 30 minutes. They gave me a spiel about their batteries being 100% tested and verified to work. The new screen worked great; however, I noticed the new battery they installed was draining faster than the old original battery. I checked the capacity by using coconutBattery and iBackupbot - both seemed to detect only ~7000 mAh (about half of the original manufacturers battery). I emailed Celvin and he told me to come in and get it replaced, which I did. However, the second battery they have now installed is having the same problem, discharging much faster than the original "old" batteries. To verify, I again used both coconutBattery app and iBackupbot (both can detect the full capacity of the installed battery) - again these detected around 6500 - 7000 mAh capacity. Now I am not sure which is worse, if they are trying to deceive the customer or they really have no idea their batteries are only half of what it should be. I fully regret getting a new battery replaced, since the original ones were lasting longer than these "new, fully checked" ones they were installing. What sucks is they place the burden of proof on you, and having spent time and gas returning only to get a defective half-capacity battery twice, I can safely say I will not...
