I went through the drive through on 1/12/20 around 4-5PM. I ordered a few items/meals for myself and my kids. After I ordered the Sprites my kids normally request, I get two different requests from my kids. I then apologize to the individual taking my order, and pass on the request to change the Sprites to the other drinks. I then hear a very audible sigh from the individual taking my order, a noticable change in tone (perceived as annoyed/bothered) and a rude "so you don't want the two Sprites at all?" To which I answered no, then a "Do you want anything else?" To which I replied no, thanks. "Pull around" was the last thing I hear, again, in an extremely "put off" manner. Having worked in fast food, I do understand the stressful environments that this industry creates at times, however, a simple request to change the drink type within five seconds of making the initial request should not be met with such negative attitude. I will seek other fast food establishments that place a higher value the treatment of their customers...
Read moreI’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Jack in the Box. I placed a large order totaling $52 to feed my family during a road trip. From the beginning the lady in the drive through couldn’t understand what I wanted and that was confusing. We were about two hours into our ride before realizing that half of our order was missing—including full meals we paid for. We trusted that the team had double-checked the order, especially with it being such a large amount. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case, and there’s no way for us to turn around and get the missing items. Not only was this frustrating, but it also left some of my family members without food during a long trip. This kind of mistake is unacceptable, especially when people are relying on your service while traveling. I hope Jack in the Box improves their order accuracy and customer service to prevent this from happening to other families. This place needs a fix of NEW...
Read moreThe time of the food coming out from the drive through was surprisingly pretty quick. The costomer service taking the order was a 1star. Visited this place around 11pm ish, ordered $26 of food for the family, big order. The worker seemed it was a bother ordering so much, heard a few huffs and puffs after asking "will that be all" , added few more items and more huff and puffs. During the huff and puff another member gets on the mic and asks again in much higher tone " if that is all". I almost wanted to drive off and forget the order but paid and recieved the food which also was rude at the window. I had to really reach out my window to grab bags of food and also had the change thrown into my palm. No thank you or nothing. If you are not happy there and hate your job quite and let someone who will value...
