Went here for the first time with my husband. The food was dry and cold but we were in a hurry to get back to work from break so we ate what we could (did not even finish). After eating we felt ill the rest of the day, with this being the only thing we ate. I even vomited pure chick fila. We called the location and let them know what had happened so they could document that maybe food had sat out too long or maybe an employee had been ill and handling food. I had the card info and order info used and honestly just wanted a refund. We were not satisfied and got sick and felt it was fair to ask for our money back. When we spoke to the Manager he questioned our honesty and declined a refund after taking to him for 30 minutes. He acted as if we were lying to him about being ill! We wanted to provide feedback and get our money back. He did offer for us to be put on a list to come back and give the store a second chance and get anything we wanted on the menu for 2 people. We decided we would give the store a second chance, and when they looked up our info the Manager put down we could only get two number ones small. This was way less than what we ordered. After speaking to a Manager on duty they allowed us to get what we ordered previously, but not the chicken strips. They wanted us to pay for it so we just took what we were offered and waited 15 minutes in the drive thru. And the employees were not kind, very confused and let our bag sit there while they discussed other store things. They were not friendly like every other chick fila ive been. Didnt greet us or thank us. Seemed annoyed we were just asking for what we were told we could get. Then they took the chicken strips we were told we would get comped with the meals out because we wouldn't pay for them as were told by the geneal Manager we wouldn't have to. I am still very displeased with how this was handled. I felt I wasn't taken seriously and we still had issues the second time. I've never had a bad experience at Chick fila until I went here. I feel unappreciated as a customer and cheated because I just wanted a rightful refund after getting sick and being unhappy with our meal that we didn't even finish the first time. Just a tip, dont offer food instead of a refund if your service is not going to be good and you put our info in wrong of what we orginally ordered. If I could put...
Read moreDefinitely not a typical visit today. When I requested 2 sauces per order I was told she wasn't allowed to give that many out. I asked why and was informed that they were being told to cut back on giving sauce out. I was a bit stunned but proceeded to join my mother at our table. Our order came out and I inquired about the chicken for my mother's order. I was asked how many I paid for and if they were separate transactions. I showed her my receipt and was told she would need to check on it?? Eventually the order was completed. I don't think I will be visiting this Chick-fil-A anytime soon. Two 8 piece orders, with sides and drinks, I don't think 2 sauces per order is to much to request. I also feel like my mother might have enjoyed her complete order as opposed to eating her mac and cheese and getting her chicken halfway through her side. Can't say the food was bad but for a company that has always strived for great service, today was pretty subpar. It wasn't a busy time and I don't feel like I should have to bring my own sauce or feel like I was asking for something I didn't pay for. Just shocked at the overall experience today. Sad that I won't feel comfortable going back. I've always been a huge Chick-fil-A fan but that really changed for me today. A manager did a quick apology and said it was a new girl in training as he rushed out to enjoy his lunch. Certainly didn't make me feel like anything was "my...
Read moreGenerally a trip to CFA is sweet, quick, and easy; however, this time as we pulled up to the window we weren’t greeted until after sitting there for what seemed 10min. The staff (all of them) were chatting and laughing and not paying attention to details. When we were finally addressed we were addressed as the wrong name on the meal, after correcting it everyone went straight back to running their mouths. Now, please note I’m not “that” person, by all means have fun while you’re at work; just don’t forget about who you’re servicing. In the end, we were asked to pull around to curbside spots, and later a young man came outside with a bunch of orders asking who had what. When I finally went to eat my food I noticed that although I asked for a yogurt cookie parfait I was provided granola, the fries were extra salty and slightly soggy or old; mind you we waited the extra 5-10 mins it would take to make them b/c it during breakfast time.
So one star was marked off overall b/c basic courtesy was not provided and we all know CFA employees are trained to do...
