Cicis Pizza — Restaurant in Pearland

I NEVER complain about places...Kassandra the "so called" Ass Mgr, is just that. First of all I feel very racially profiled. I called an order in to use the 1-topping $4.99 coupon. She put emphasis on bring the coupon with you. No problem with that. I asked her to please make sure that they put a fair amount of cheese on the pizza because every time I come and do not point that out, it's receive sauce and bread. My son only eats CiCis Alfredo cheese pizza. When I arrive I go through the drive thru and I ask for my order, give her the coupon and $5.40 for the order. She looks at the receipt and says "oh I've never seen the codes with a letter before, is that a letter, we have a new system and I'm able to type the codes in." I'm like yes that's what your site gave me. As I waited I'm like they must have people coming through there writing anything down for a code...She comes back and says your order will be ready in 6 minutes and it's $6.48 not $5.40 you wanted extra cheese. WTH....I didn't ask for extra cheese, I wanted cheese as my topping....she tells me Alfredo "sauce" is considered a topping. Now $6 is not my issue it's her attitude and "nice nastiness" that killed it for me. So I ask for my money AND my receipt back. She turns away frustrated grabs my receipt and money comes back to the window and she says "and your code was invalid, I told you this before." I'm like I've never seen your face before in my life...she says yes I've seen you before....OMG!!!! I'm so glad I still had the site up with the survey....I showed it to her and you can tell she felt a little unsmart...I say to her speak with corporate and the web/template designer about it not working...I've attached the pic..I will be contacting everyone I can regarding this matter....On a lighter note there's a guy there named Reagan, he's very professional and helpful, they should switch roles...and she says he's...

I had the buffet. Its not a horrific experience but its lackluster. The pizza is just ok. It was inoffensive, but was kind of lacking in flavor and had almost no sauce. The desserts are a bit of a mess. The chocolate frosted bread was ok. Fried bread is generally good, but the frosting had a very, very light flavor, almost like pudding. Not to mention that the bread was definitely not frosted well and none of them had the powdered sugar on top like the advertisements. The cinnamon rolls were the worst offender. They were spongy, soaked, cinnamon flavoured, and nondescriptly sweet. The frosting or glaze was completely absent visually, probably so thin or watery that it soaked into the spongy bread. I didn't see any sign of the usual brown sugar cinnamon filling between the rolls of the bread either. Also, the whole tray of rolls seemed baked together. If you picked up one it unraveled and took half the tray with it.

I didnt try the brownies. Didnt find anything wrong with the service or cleanliness. The game room doesnt have much. Mainly claw machines.

Overall 2/5. Its rough, but i could maybe see someone coming here once in a while. I'm afraid I won't be...

Worst experience ever! Doesn’t even deserve 1 star but had to put to give a review. From customer service to quality of food. Took my kids in at exactly noon you’d think fresh food being lunchtime rush. Guess I should of figured as soon as we went in it was gonna be bad. Had to wait on employeeby the name of Saul (name on receipt) to even acknowledge us good 7-10min. Go to food line and no fresh food. Not much of choices to choose from. So I kindly asked same employee if we can have some fresh pizza made (pepperoni, meat lovers and supreme). He begins to tell me with attitude that the pizza is fresh. I told him no it is not you can literally see. I should of asked for a refund but I didn’t as kids had already tried to pick at some of the stuff. From then on the same employee is starting at us and can tell he is talking about us to lady making pizza. As I’m walking back from getting a drink this same employee is starring at my son and saying stuff towards him which could of caused an altercation that would of escalated very quickly. So we just end up leaving as my son was highly upset and it was pointless to stay. I have contacted Corporate due...
