My experience was biased on USCIS medical Examination and immunization First and foremost very knowledgeable in this field so the first thing we did went in for our appointment paid our fees and started our process normally it’s a two part process . blood work and my husband was missing a few vaccinations so that we took it there on the same day we also had to get the flu shot due to the time of year we were doing our application in flu season And one week after we went back to the facility in the finalised paperwork now pay attention to the paperwork you should bring a translator or someone to help you fill out the application forms I filled out both mine and my husbands forms which is a very good thing because I can overlook everything and they double checked to see if there was any errors I must say every one who I dealt with at this facility was extremely professional well mannered very respectful Forms was given in a sealed 11 98...

if I could put no star I would, today my visit I believe they forgot about me after waiting in lobby for 45 minutes and then in exam room another 50 minutes I had to come out of room and ask if they forgot about me. These guys book to many appointments and then we have to wait a long time to be seen. and today is not the first time it has happened to me. I would not recommend this place at all, they always ask me what am I there for and they are the ones who call me go in for exam. today they asked me if I have had a mammogram I told Dr. she needed to review my file before coming in to see me. Having to wait all this time and she wants to ask me questions when they are the ones who want my money and ask me to come inn. I could go on and on but I will leave alone and have to go find another Dr. 7/2/2020 so today I call to get results and to see where is my prescription. front desk are very rude she just put me on hold with out telling me. very bad...

The doctors are fine. The staff are not only incompetent but they are rude! They mess up my appointment and then act like I’m the one that didn’t know when my appointment was. I’ve had to wait on hold over 20 minutes, several times to schedule my appointment. When I go to the appointment, I observe the staff automatically placing patients on hold. Then they continue their personal conversation. They call me to say I’m due for a annual physical or other routine procedure, even after I’ve already been there. They overbook appointments so the waiting room is standing room only. Find another doctors office unless you want to deal with the insanity of this place. I’ve talked to the doctor about it a couple of times. But something is seriously wrong with this place, the turn over...
