My daughter was looking for her dream dress and when she finally found it, it was in this location. The problem was we live in Utah and they were in Texas so we called them to see if they were willing to ship it in and they were and we understand the consequences from ordering From far but let me tell you although it doesn’t happen as often they should have better options available if they do mess up your dress My daughter was a size medium to a small and they got A large I get it mistakes happen but the fact that we paid them almost $3000 and they weren’t willing to help out even a little bit with maybe paying just a little bit or helping out in someway but they didn’t, and this is how I know they’re all about money. If you were ordering from out of town, be aware of their consequences they will not help you whatsoever. They’ll just recommend alteration locations and you have to pay for that. I mentioned to this girl that my daughter was gonna lose weight and she said oh only an inch well, you should understand when people lose weight. My daughter had her heart set on this dress for her Sweet 16. We ordered it from a website who claimed to make it to order and it was garbage! I told my daughter to find where the dress is actually from, which was My Castle Boutique in Texas. We are in NY. I called them and they asked for measurements over the phone, told me what size she would be, and said they could ship it to us! I was very nervous about this but they assured me all would be fine. They told me when it was shipping, including the hoop and petticoat, to make it look just like the picture my daughter saw online. They were patient and kind and after I received it and had questions about how to dress her they sent videos and pictures to help me. They were there every step of the way! I never write reviews and this is my first time doing so- but this place is TOP TIER. I came in looking for my prom dress and was out in less than an hour. The process overall is so amazing. You're able to try on dresses but also look at a book for different ones that they are able to order. If you're worried about the dress not fitting- don't worry, they take measurements beforehand! Color choices and styles are very diverse! The girls are amazing and so nice and communicative. I've been raving about them to all my friends. Sadly I don't know much about price range since I found my dream dress in a short amount of time, but I believe $245 was a great price considering they took measurements so I'll have to avoid altering costs!
