The plaza has a few popular eateries and well known shops so finding a parking is easy, it has nice store including La Fitness, Buenos Aires Bakery, The Fresh Market, John the Baker, I Hop, Jersey Mikes Subs to name a few. It's conveniently located near I75 and near the Pembroke pines Mall.

My friend and I went to IHOP, which is a place I would never go if I had time to think about going different places, but we went on the spur of the moment. The person who seated us was unpleasant but the waitress was very nice. I ordered 2 2 2 and the swedish crepes for both of us, and she ordered a scrambled eggs. My eggs were supposed to be over light but they were overcooked. The crepes with too thick and covered in berries that made them soggy. They will also burnt on the edges. I will never go...

This is a larger strip mall. It is convenient to the new town houses, gym, and Pines Ice Rink. There are over 25 stores in the center.
