RUDE and slow... Don't expect good customer service. Jamba Juice makes awesome smoothies, no doubt! But this location lacks customer serviceHere's my experience from today that I shared with the company:
Not greeted when we came in, stood in front of the register waiting for one of the 3 employees to take our order. After about 5 minutes someone took our order (2 smoothies and a pretzel). When we got our two smoothies, one of the employees took one of the pretzels out of the freezer. Thinking it would be faster I asked her if it would be faster to take one of the pretzels that were already out. The employee just stared at me and said from the oven she was in front of "I can't hear you". I proceeded to repeat the question again while pointing at the pretzels shown. Again, the employee repeated "I still can't hear you" without making an attempt to hear me. After she finished unpacking the frozen pretzel and putting it in the oven she decided to approach the customer, me. When I asked her the question, she rolls her eyes, sucks her teeth, says "it's already in the oven", and walks away. Is this the type of attitude a paying customer deserves- a human being for that matter? NO. A simple response like "it's going to be done in one minute" would've been acceptable. I don't work there, I don't know how long it takes to defrost a pretzel. I tried to get my money back for the pretzel, and was told it couldn't be done. I asked for the manager's contact and it couldn't be found. Not even a manager's name. Disgusted by the rude attitude and lack of service I had to pay for. Will never step foot in this store. Perhaps you should encourage interviewing before hiring and training on basic human skills before putting uneductaed scums in front...
Read moreI had a horrible customer experience at this location and have no plans on returning. My toast was toasted hard although I politely requested "lightly toasted" when I placed my order. I asked that my toast be remade as ordered and a Hispanic employee along with an African American manager were very rude to me rather than accept that they made a mistake with my order they were more concerned with the cost associated with the resolution. In addition, the cashier was handling food and taking orders without washing his hands or utilizing gloves while three employees including the manager stood around. I advised them of sanitation concerns and the middle aged Hispanic lady was defensive instead of taken corrective action and helping the cashier with the pending orders. The cashier was very nice and was doing his best to take orders and prepare the orders which led to a poor customer experience for those waiting on their items. I love the peanut butter and banana toast and should not experience combative behavior when my order is not prepared properly. This is an opportunity for a coaching session with your team please note that not everyone likes their bagels or toast hard and a simple resolution is to take the bread out of the toaster sooner when lightly toasted...
Read moreI have tried to be reasonable and on another day even called to express concerns from prior orders before having to leave a negative review. Today, I ordered four strawberry banana smoothies and each one was incredibly watery, with suds, and did not taste like a smoothie at all. I poured them down the drain and had to request a full refund via the food delivery service used. This Jamba Juice does not provide consistent good quality, and from the looks of the reviews, I am not the only one who has experienced this low quality of product and service. It’s disappointing to see that my and others' feedback has not led to any improvements.
