Worst customer service, I don’t normally review places - but this was a must! My boyfriend and I walked into the Pembroke Pines los verdes for a late night munch we arrived at about 11:45pm and no one acknowledged us so we decided to make the line to order and got an order in at 12:12 (per receipt) we saw many people walk In and out with their food; that ordered after us and it was incredible to see that it was 1:10am and we still didn’t have our food between those times we asked numerous amount of times and got the same answer “it’s getting prepared” to the point that I walked up to man whom seem to be the manager however because he was counting the cashiers money and receipts did not acknowledge my frustration with not receiving our order ; I then proceeded with Valentina and Monica and they couldn’t offer much help. At this point I had received my order and my bf did not ( and btw when things are done in a hurry they are done incorrectly) my order was gross. Monica offered a store credit without actual proof of any (just by taking my number) as Valentina proceeded with taking my phone number I can see Monica with the corner of my eye rolling her eyes etc etc. I did not scream, not yell I simply questioned our order our small order. Finally my bf gets his order and it’s WRONG 🤦🏻‍♀️ and they questioned us what he got - terrible service from everyone from the hostess to the cashiers to the managers and to the cooks , it’s sad to see a place with so many employees doing nothing right. Order placed at about 8pm November 8th 2020. WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN Terrible customer service. First time customer so I order and go to pick it up. I wasn't given the milkshake that I ordered with my food which I should've checked though I was assured everything was in the two stapled bags I was handed. I called back to let them know and he rudely says says well its here if you want to come get it. It's terrible weather and I'm in a neck collar from a recent surgery so rather than go back 15 minutes again to pick it up I ask if I can please just have a store credit for the milkshake but the same guy tells me, "No, its your fault because you were in the store and didn't ask for it. I responded and said "I didn't ask for the other drink either but it was given to me" to which he responds "well im sorry but we can't do anything about it, you should've known to ask for it(This being said to a first time customer that just ordered 60 dollars worth of food, including tip). Horrible business move. Willing to lose future business(That a store credit would've guaranteed) over a 5 dollar milshake. If they are like that with first timers, there's not much to expect for the future. Taking business for granted must be the motto. I hope management expects more out of their employees. This was my first time eating here at los verdes and may I say I was beyond disappointed and dissatisfied in every way possible. Me and my girlfriend ordered the cheese empanadas and they were alright the corn dough for the empanadas tasted very synthetic but the cheese did taste very good and creamy only downside is towards the end of the empanada the cheese was still a little bit frozen but nothing that will turn it down more than that corn dough taste. Than I ordered a regular bacon cheese burger and my girlfriend ordered the burger that comes with pineapple and what a abomination of a burger that was terrible meat seasoning so no flavor the buns felt tough as if they were definitely expired and I’ll put my life on that they were definitely not fresh. The cheese didn’t even come melted on neither burger and best of all my bacon burger came with a literal spec of bacon and than when I asked for more they try to charge me for extra to the point I had to literally pick the burger up and put it closer to her eyes because maybe the server was seeing something I wasn’t seeing. Overall terrible experience, very very mid food definitely not worth them hiked up prices, terrible staff, and the time it takes to get anything is beyond disappointing and the fact if you want a refill better be ready to be getting up everytime to get your own refill so remember that when they look you in the eyes asking...
