If I could give this zero stars then I would. Had to drop off my husbands iPhone to be repaired per Apple. Will NEVER do it again. Worst communication and customer service of my life. After spending 8 hours on the phone with Geek Squad and Apple this week because we had no communication on the phones status and it was gonna for well over the 3 days that Dalton told us it would be, we had to threaten calling the police and filing a report for a stolen phone before we got a tracking number that it was sent to California. They offered no loaner and no details. We were going to buy a burner phone when we found out the phone was magically back in Peoria and ready. We’ll insist Verizon send us a new phone before ever doing that again. The Geek Squad was rude, condescending and refused to give us any update. Poorly played Best Buy. You lost a customer for life!
