This place is so difficult to work with don't bother wasting your money. My wife made an appointment and put a deposit down for $87 dollars and we rescheduled with customer service 24 hours before the appointment and let customer service know that we wouldn't be able to make the appointment due to an emergency and the customer service person told us that our appointment was put on hold and we could call in at anytime to make the appointment. When we called in again to make the new appointment we were told that it was already made for the day after our original appointment and we would need to make another $87 dollar deposit due to because we were a no show for the appointment we lost our original deposit. Then after explaining everything to a manager we made another appointment and my wife got charged for a service that wasn't even complete when performed and they didn't want to refund the deposit that wasn't used for the appointment, we had to call several times over 2 weeks to finally get our money back that wasn't used from the deposit $87 dollars. We will not ever return to this place and I recommend that you don't waste your time or money on this place. They are so rude and have no customer service skills when there is a problem. Read moreI have been going to Hello Sugar every month since October 2022 and the aestheticians are amazing. I have been a member for almost two years and every month I get a sugar Brazilian, lip, chin, and brows. On 09/02/2024 I booked an appointment through the website for September 3rd. When I typed in my number, it showed my Brazilian and eyebrows at $0. I assumed this was my monthly membership and thought the eyebrows was some error so I canceled the appt and rescheduled, the same thing happened. I went to the appt, my confirmation email showing $22. When I went to pay after, they told me I owed over $90. I showed them my confirmation emails and they said there was nothing they could do and no manager was on site. I was told to call the number, I spoke with a woman who was not understanding my frustrations. She asked me to send her copies of my email that showed $22 for all three services. She told me a manager would follow up with me. That was September 3rd and as of September 22nd, I have yet to hear from anyone and no resolution to my overcharge. Again, I will say the aestheticians are amazing but the billing, management, and process to handle any issues is ridiculous. Read moreMy experience was great with the esthetician I saw, her name is Mareena. She was very thorough and I had a Groupon my first time. But my issue is not with that, but the facility itself. So I decided to go back and noticed another Groupon promo for their salon on the app. I booked my appt via text and mentioned I was going to use another Groupon. Then the day before my service I texted to reschedule the time and they told me my Groupon is invalid and they can’t use it. (Did not mention this prior) reason being because it’s only for clients who haven’t been in before. I was confused since the groupon I purchased the second time was different than the first and for whatever reason I was able to purchase it even though I’d been in before (did not realize this was the rule.) This should’ve been communicated when I booked my appt. Anyway, I was very frustrated and hoping they would honor the price I purchased for but said all they could do was have me pay the difference when I come in. Essentially paying full price for the service. Poor customer service and did not seem very understanding of the inconvenience from the client’s end as they did not offer any other options.
