Honestly I mostly have been going in here to return Amazon since that option was offered but after today likely not. Their device to scan Amazon orders was down (but the other employee, once available immediately got it working again) that worker was very kind and apologetic. There was a gentleman in line in front of me for a job interview, had a confirmed time and the person wasn't there (gets off 1.5 hours earlier everyday!) Then I go over to the UPS desk and ask to mail something and wrong question, she was having a bad day apparently, snippy and rude. I went to the place on Perkins and spoke with the lovely woman who is usually there who assisted me with 0 issue and very quickly. I'll probably just take my returns back to Kohls from now on after this. I get it's the holidays but people are looking for jobs left and right on the Sandusky page- if you don't schedule interviews when the manager is there, no wonder you're not staffed up 🤦♀️ Incompetence at its finest. I ordered wedding invitations from the copy center and when I arrived to pick them up the associate wasn’t friendly at all, seemed too concerned about getting back to her cell phone. When she found my order she handed the box to me and that was it. Didn’t show me the invitations or ask me how they looked. I stood there and opened it myself to find out that almost every single one of them still had the cut marks on the top and some of the bottom words were cut off along with being off-centered. To top it all off, she didn’t even check me out. She let me walk out the door with $80 worth of product for free. Read moreOn 10/24/2023 I purchased (on line) a HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e printer. It arrived and was set up on 10/27/23. No issues with printing until 11/29/2030. It would not allow the paper to go through the printer and would jam up. After an hour of this I decided to return the printer to the store for a full refund. I did have all my on line paperwork/receipt. The 2 supervisors informed me all electronics have a 14 day return policy. That is NOT stated on my receipt and I was advised I should have purchased the extended warranty. This is terrible terrible customer service for something that cost $192.14. I plan to file a BBB complaint and follow up with Hewlett Packard. I feel they should have provided me with a full refund.
