Hello my other Panera BREAD lovers.
After a hefty day of riding roller coasters in the cold weather, a Panera bread bowl sounded quite scrumptious. Seemed like the perfect thing to warm my heart and ease my throat from mass amounts of screaming. When I walked into this Panera, I ordered my usual. (or tried) A brocolli-cheddar soup in a delectable bread bowl. A bread bowl that would be saturated in the soup, a delicious treat I would enjoy after all my brocolli-cheddar had been consumed. But I was met with an alert saying Panera had no bread. 0 bread. Nil. None. Zilch. Zip. Nothing. How does Panera BREAD have no bread?! Me and my cohorts were absolutely appalled. My friend, Morgan, a bread connoisseur, had to order a salad with croutons, just to have some type of bread with her soup. This is absolutely despicable and an absolute insult to this country. Bread, beer, and freedom.
Although my soup was so scrumpdiddlyump, there were a few issues. We had a long drive ahead of us, but were approached by a monster. An absolute behemoth was knocking on Heaven’s door. I began to sweat, shake, and goosebumps appeared across my whole body. I prayed to God, Jesus, anything up above, to please make this pain end. That I would never sin again if my suffering was ceased. After a couple miles, we found a rest stop, and I was able to unleash the feral beast from my behind. And there is only one culprit. No bread to soak up my soup.
I’d probably come back.
BREAD, BEER,...
Read moreStopped here for breakfast with my parents. Probably the worst Panera experience we've had. Was told to order on the tablets because there was no one "available" to take our order (there were about 3 other customers in the whole place) but we did. Ordered a cappuccino and chai latte, and some food. Afterwards we were told the coffee machine was being cleaned (at 8:30am??) and they had to refund us for the drinks, we then receive a regular coffee cup that had a hole in it and spilled all over my mom's pants and floor and the staff really didn't even attempt to help clean it up or offer a new cup without us having to go get one ourselves behind the desk. They also didn't have milk or creamer out, so we had to ask for that and wait for them to bring some out. When we got our food, the parfait was completely liquid and watery (quality control??) and our sausage egg and cheese bagels were hard, a complete mess and the aioli sauce tasted like rotting mayo, we both had about two bites before being so grossed out we had to throw pretty much everything away. Panera is one of our favorite places to stop for a quick bite, but this location was a disaster. I never write reviews, but they really need some help. I will say though, the girl who gave us our refund was the only kind one...

Nasty filty toasting ovens looked like they havent been cleaned all year while 20 ft away hangs the cleaning instructions right on the wall. Their idea of a ceaser salad was iceburg lettuce n 2 croutons. No cheese and bad ceaser dressing. My friend ate it anyways cuz she was so hungry. I paid $22 for half sandwich n small side salad. I demanded refund. I was served cold greasy bacon and my salad dressing tasted horrible. I bought 6 bagels to take home thinking how can they mess those up? Omg. Like bricks. Hard as a rock. I wont be back. Previous Review...Usually madly in love with Panera 😍 however they were very uncoordinated this visit. My husband was done with his food before I ever even got my frozen mocha, which I took one sip and gave to him to drink. It was awful, all I got was nasty chocolate syrup taste. 😫 So I waited all that time for a drink I didn't even drink.😥 They need to reorganize how they put together orders for customers I cannot see any way the current way is efficient nor effective. Food was great as always, service was slow and erratic and unorganized. Drink was awful. So only 3...
