We were buying a gift basket for a Christmas gift, and the cashier could not get the sales tag off, so she called an elderly woman over, who was the owner or the manager. My husband told them they didn't need to worry about taking the tag off, that we could do that at home. The cashier told us that the store keeps the tags to re-use them, but the elderly superior, rudely, told my husband that she would refund his money back before they would cut the tag off, as if the 5 cent, reusable tag was more important than the satisfaction of their customer. We were appalled she would say that, in a retail setting, and at Christmas time. This lady was inconsiderate, disrespectful and thoughtless to all of us, since there was a line of people waiting to be checked out. And, guess what...she had to cut the tag off in the end! We will be going elsewhere for our shopping, as we will not return...

WHAT? You've got lots of items, a store front, & you're supposed to make custom baskets but you don't. Nope can't get a basket with what you want in it, you have to go on the website and order a pre-made basket that they want you to have, not what you want in it. Ridiculous! Responding to the owner: I had a mask on. Iâm glad you were so busy that only my daughter and I where in your. When I responded to the employee working my mask came to the tip of my nose. Was I supposed to drop the item I was carrying to adjust it up a little more? At the counter I said it moved down when I talked. One of the people behind the counter says, âWell donât talkâ.
