Laundry Factory & Dry Cleaning — Attraction in Perth Amboy

If you can avoid this place. PLEASE DO SO. Their customer service is unsatisfactory. They don't hold up to their expected standards. And they give false commitments to paying customers.

I wish I could give them ZERO stars. I dropped my clothes off for the drop off service on Friday March 26th around 8pm. They asked me if I wanted expedite my order, I agreed. They asked for my number so when they finished it they would call me to pick it up. I paid them the same day because when it's time to pick up my order it can be quick and easy.

Two days went by and no call. On Monday March 29th. I went to the laundry mat 15 mins before they closed at 11:45pm and they refused to give me my order. They confirmed that my order was already clean and folded. They gave me the excuse of the register being closed but I paid for it on Friday. So, it appears that they just didn't want to go in the closet to get it. I pleaded with them and to no prevail. They just gave me a nasty attitude and as person that has experience in customer service this is unsatisfactory.

The following day I came and they looked up my number and they gave it to me in less than 3 minutes. Therefore, it is no reason why they could not give...

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This event occurred today, 1/2/2025. After washing my clothes in one of their machines (#42 to be specific), my jacket got stuck on an opening inside and when I went to pull it out, it ripped and left a hole. Now, if it were an old piece of clothing, then I wouldn’t mind but I just bought this jacket a month ago and it was ruined because of the machine. We told the worker about this and she contacted who I presume is the manager. No response for half an hour. We asked again about what would be done and she replied with “About what?” acting dense. She went on to say that you don’t take new clothes to the laundromat and that I would need a receipt if I wanted any type of compensation or repair, which I think is absurd!

I won’t be going to this establishment anymore if this is how you treat...

This place is horrible! I spoke to the attendants in spanish and on of them looked at me like i spoke chinese. Their laundromat card system is so stupid, the minimum you can add via a debit/credit card is $10. I only needed to add $1 more to dry my clothes and when i asked if I added the $10 via debit card, could they return the money on the card left over and they said no. Only came here because they’re ALLEGEDLY open until 1am but at 10pm they lock the doors… the floor was full of used dryer sheets and some of the machines had wet towels just sitting underneath them. Dingy and dirty, definitely won’t be back. I’ll wait til next day to wash at a better place. Extremely disappointed because there were good reviews here and i have NO...
