S Cachapa & Pizzeria — Restaurant in Perth Amboy

Horrible customer service! I ordered from Marios quite frequently in the past. I lived several blocks away so it was convenient to order but picking up since delivery would always take longer than their estimated timeframe and they were always full of excuses as to why. My most recent experience, which will also be my last because I will never order from them again.....I ordered my usual spinach calzone, Large pie and Chicken club wrap for pick up. After placing me on hold for about two minutes, I was told my order total would be $27 and some change. I sent my niece to pick up the food an hour later. When my niece returned home she told me they charged her $34.35. I immediately called them and this very rude woman with a poor attitude told me the lady who took my order is new and didn't know their menu prices were wrong. I told her that's false advertisement as they should be honoring current menu prices. I informed her I was going to give them a bad review to which she replied to go ahead. Several minutes later, I received a call from the pizzeria. This time a nice woman who apologized for the confusion but used same argument that their prices increased but they hadn't received their new menus yet. I also informed her they should continue to honor their current menu prices instead of charging customers more. I shouldn't be told one price over the phone which matches menu prices and then be charged a higher price when I pick up. She did not offer to make up for the mistake or inconvenience. I asked for a refund of the difference but she stated she wouldn't. What happened to the days of good customer service?!?! They lost a customer...

This new management was doing ok my last two visits were horrible tables are always dirty, order slices both times burnt this last time order two slices 15 minutes still didn’t put them in the oven again ask them nicely and look at Me like I had 4 heads also the guys throw the slices on top of the counter like they gonna feed a pig, honestly the worst place in Perth Amboy do your self a favor and go somewhere else just go in look at the tables and the way they manage the food will tell You what this place...

Never ordering from here again, ordered a grilled chicken salad, which the person who took my order said it was not on their menu.. (which it is) I then asked what comes in it, and the response I got was just lettuce & the chicken..? I responded asking, that's it? Nothing else comes with it. With that she said she'll ask the cook, returns to the phone to tell me it comes with onion, olives & fetta cheese. I receive my delivery with lettuce, the smallest pieces of chicken & croutons. Worst delivery...
