Anthony's Appliances — Attraction in Philadelphia

I have used them over the years when I did business with him he was a 5 Stars.

Today no star. I attempted to discuss I purchased a few years back a new refrigerator that didn't last 2 years.So moving forward a started using an outfit on rising sun avenue.

I attempted to to talk to Anthony who forgot how many refrigerators I've purchased maybe he didn't recognize me . Being ing business myself for 30 years as a landlord and a store front owner deeling with customer and experienced with customers. His attitude was so out of line he threw a rebuttal to me to bring him a model number and he would do better. But his failure in customer service and letting him know he sold me a few refrigerator that didn't make it 2 years and then told me he didn't Carry that model refrigerator anymore.

I tried to give him a chance again but what a bad attitude maybe he made to much money on bad product and he doesn't have the temperature anymore for the customer.

Your not doing us a favor Buddy. You need the customer they don't need you.

If you think because you made some money over the years on this service and sub prime product and think you got away with it. You didn't. I gave you a 5 star 10 years ago. Your a a no star when home depot is giving 6 months credit to pay off.When operator on rising sun Ave will treat you like a customer and give you equal pricing or maybe 20 dollars more. It's worth it when your valued as a customer and a person. It's time to retire sir your ways work in South Philadelphia.

Think twice for home owners home depot by far is the best way.For landlords go where your valued and served.

Take your business elsewhere !!! Super rude and ignorant .. Was very stand-off/ish and had no interest in even helping me. Wouldn’t even let me fully get in the store .. I asked for a gas dryer and he stated that they were right in front of my face and said the one in front of me is the cheapest one “I have nothing cheaper” he stated indicating if I didn’t want to pay that as the bare minimal then this appliance store is not for me. Real big egotistic owner.. no customer service skills at all.. Take your hard earned money to someone who will appreciate it cause this guy could...

So the guy was just kinda rude to me when I went in, insisting that I take my business else where because “I seemed like I didn't want the air conditioner” he literally was like go somewhere else because I decided to be on my phone for about 10 min and look up reviews but he goes on to tell me that he has other customers wanting the air conditioner more than I and that he could literally just make a phone call and that it would be gone if I didnt make a choice... just treated me rudely but it was a good A/C...
