I’ve been living in the area for about five years now and the food used to be really good. My debit card got charged twice and they refused to give me a refund. I had to go through my bank in order to get it so I left them alone for about a year And decided to order something again don’t ask me why I was hungry and I wanted some Chinese food. I ordered barbecued ribs on the bone shrimp fried rice and chicken fingers and what they sent me as far as the ribs and rice was fine but the chicken fingers were chopped pieces of chicken dipped in batter. It was horrible, and then the driver Had given me a receipt with a 20% tip on it which took my bill from $29-$35 and was very angry when I told him no because they’re literally around the corner from me. Ordered 8 items worth $89. One of the items was chicken with string beans. The string beans were inedible. They were not fresh. I called to complain. Manager said she would refund money if the item was brought back full. Now, we all ate the item a little bit and concluded everyone had trouble with the string beans. So most of the chicken pieces were eaten leaving only the inedible string beans. The Manager said since you ate all the chicken she can't give me a refund. I wonder who she would have fed the leftover chicken with string beans brought back by the customer too. My family eats Chinese food every other week. Bill always above $85. She lost me as a customer. The manager could have refunded me or offered to make me another dish that is the same price....

The food is pretty good if they get your order right *If your water does not come with the receipt it's because the delivery guy is lying to you about the price they round up to the nearest Dollar every time but sometimes they'll even get cocky for example I just got an order for $12.32 the delivery guy told me $14 over the phone when I came out I seen my receipt was torn off I gave him a $4 tip I said I'll follow you to your car for my receipt I got my receipt it said $12.32 then he tried telling me he said it was 13 after I confronted him which was absolutely a lie and then he acted confused when I took my tip back.
