First of all I paid for my part and when it came in no one called me to inform me it was there. So I decided to call myself to find out if it was there once I asked the guy was my part there he laughed a little bit and said well yeah it's been here I asked why was I not informed, why did I not get a call and his response was oh I told the staff to call you , very nonchalant so I asked Him if I can bring it the next day he said no I'm not going to be able to do it then this is almost a week after they had already got my part in and never even called to tell me that they got my part in so I've decided to just take it in today I took it in today the hours listed on the shop for 7:30 a.m. I got there at 7 and thought I'd wait most of the staff showed up on time and no one said anything to me or other people that was standing out there waiting for their services only thing the one guy said well we're waiting for the boss and he's always late I kindly got back in my car and decided to just wait because I had already paid for my part and work to be done so I was going to sit there and wait until the man showed up but it took a little longer than he should have showing up to work so I made a fuss to the staff that was there everyone keeps walking pass and no one's even finding out why these customers are here come to find out once I mentioned okay my part is here I've already paid why am I waiting and finally 30 minutes later a staff member came out and said oh you're here for the mirror I said yes it's okay I'll put it on 30 minutes after I had already sat there and because I had to mention why I was there because no one came over to find out what I needed I was already extremely annoyed nevertheless he put my mirror on and I left I would never go back here nor would I recommend it 2 anyone the lack of professionalism...
Read moreI had to have my hood replaced with a brand new one and repainted to match the color of my brand new vehicle, my appointment ran almost a week later than it was supposed to due to staff staffing issues, when I received the car the front glass had some kind of Dusty film over it that it took me a week to get off I listened to the instructions of not washing the car for approximately a month so the paint could set properly which I did do when I finally washed the car everything seemed okay so I went about my business and approximately a week later I started noticing little chip marks in the hood randomly placed on just the hood I contacted another shop that was open at the time they told me it was fish eyes and that it was not properly painted and would have to be redone since then I've contacted via email and phone call and have no response I have a 3-year warranty and paid $1,400 for this, they must repaint the hood properly to...
Read moreI was there recently to get a side door and back panel fixed from a accident. When I received the car back I’m glad I inspected it before I left the premises. The back panel still had surface scratches as if someone completely ignored doing that work also. So in the heat at 8 1/2 months pregnant I had to wait for them to buff out scratches that should’ve been done with the rest of the work. The owner was cool but he made a comment like “ I should’ve had the insurance replace my bumper” why I thought when I’m paying you $900 to to the work unless you didn’t want the business.
