I went there yesterday to pick up a mobile order that was spicy white chicken with a red beans and rice. When I get there 30 minutes later, the order was not even made, and she was looking around telling me that all she had was spicy mixed. I told her no, I would like a refund. She’s proceeded to take the next customer. I asked her again about the refund. She told me that because I ordered in the app that it would automatically go back to my account that did not happen. Horrible customer service. Disrespectful employees. The morning crew this morning was so disrespectful for the last time. I will not be no longer giving them my service. The little black skinny girl turn her back and and started talking and laughing at me to the other employee after I asked for a sauce and she refused and told the the white supervisor on front end to deal with me and begun to ignore my request after originally getting my order wrong.
