Enhanced Property Appearance Painting & Renovation — Attraction in Philadelphia

I hired Enhanced Property Appearance over six months ago to paint my home. These guys did a fantastic job giving my home a breath of new life. More importantly, their paint job and carpentry work has lasted and show no signs of deteriorating any time soon.

The head painter and carpenter in particular were standouts. The head painter, coming right off of being sick, made sure that my house would be finished in time for my move in by bringing in over five guys at one point to help paint; additionally, he procured a heat machine to ensure a patched ceiling hole would be cured in time. He took particular time with the yellow office (my sunshine room) to ensure that the color came out evenly and correctly. Being onsite was no problem for him; in fact, he encouraged it because it helped ensure that each aspect of the house was painted according to my plan and that questions could be answered without unnecessary delay. The communication was next tier, and once I met him, I had immense faith in the project being completed timely and beautifully.

The carpenter was such a bright, warm guy who approached his work diligently, with genuine care. I’m so happy EPA had him on the team, and that he was able to successfully add the crown molding in the primary (pink room) and the living room (creamy white). He was an honest man with great feedback and ideas.

After extensive research, we recently hired Enhanced Property Appearance to rehabilitate our finished basement following a waterproofing project. We could not have been happier with the process, results and work ethic of every worker from EPA. They are a company that cares about the quality of its work and the satisfaction of its customers throughout a project.

My partner and I both work from home and therefore needed to know what to expect from day to day. EPA kept us well informed about who was coming to the house and when they were coming when we let them know our communication expectations. The drywall installers, Jimmy and Conner, did an excellent job and discussed creative solutions for our specific needs, such as a closet around our new sump pump area. The painters, Keith, Harun and Kenan, followed with a fantastic and quick coating of the finished area. Meanwhile, our foreman Jeff was working with the electrician and attending to details of the job. Jeff continued to make sure we were satisfied through the re-stretching of the carpet, by a pair of very knowledgeable workers Mike and Lee, and a few days after project completion when we noticed a few details in the bathroom that needed to be addressed.

EPA was great to work with. Meg made scheduling the walkthrough/estimate quick and easy. Frank showed up on time and provided a room by room estimate within a a day or two. Overall I thought the quote was reasonable upon initial review and it ended up being a good amount cheaper than the other bidder. EPA also promptly updated my quote when I wanted to add a few extra items (reinstallation of cabinets, reinstall light fixtures, reinstall fans) It was very convenient that they had a team that could do these items on top of the drywall/trim work/paint.

EPA was also extremely understanding when I needed to push back my start-date since my insulation contractor was delayed in getting to my job. When the job started I was properly notified by Meg about who would be there and when. Every EPA employee that was in my house was very polite and considerate and personable. Each team lead kept me updated about their progress that day, and what crew/guys would be there the next day.

Overall I thought they did a really good job on the finishes. There were a few minor items that I pointed out on the walkthrough and Jeff was nice of to take care of them that day to finish up the job. I would definitely recommend EPA.
