The floral team at Floraltology went above and beyond with the floral arrangements and decors at my wedding. We had several meetings with the head florist (Ngoc-Tho) in which she asked me questions about my theme colors and the overall theme of my wedding. I conveyed my vision to her, let her know of my budget, and I trusted the team to do the rest of the work. We had a Catholic mass at church and our reception at a different venue so there was a lot of work and traveling in between. The day prior to my wedding, Ngoc-Tho, confirmed with me the timeline of when and where everything would be set up/ torn down. The day of, everything went so perfectly. I was in awe with all the decors. Everyone, from the church to the venue, raved about how gorgeous the floral arrangements were. Our bouquets were beautiful and the candles with greenery lining up the aisle was stunning. Her team also helped me set up the programs and other small decors at church because we had to stay home for the tea ceremony. Florist Thi even helped me fix and fluff my dress due to a small emergency prior to walking down to the aisle and my MOH already walked down. Planning a wedding during a pandemic is as stressful as it sounds, but Floraltology made the process smooth and enjoyable! It was easy to communicate with them, as they were only a text away. They were very thorough and detail oriented. I was not well versed in knowing what I needed to plan a beautiful ceremony, but they were so helpful in offering their advice and expertise. Not only that, but they went above and beyond in terms of customer service and flexibility. The day before the wedding, during the rehearsal, we realized that we urgently needed another centerpiece. We reached out to Floraltology and it was set up well before the ceremony took place! Floraltology was also very accommodating; they were able to deliver the bouquets to our hotel early in the morning despite also coming to our church to finish setting up. In regards to the flower arrangements, we cannot say enough to how beautiful they were. In particular, the flower arch literally looked like it came out a fairy tale. I got married on August 10th 2019 and my experience with Floraltology was nothing short of amazing. Thi, Ngoc and the entire staff were awesome to work with from start to finish. The day of...The flowers were more beautiful that I could have ever imagined. Everything was beautiful from the bouquets to the centerpieces for the reception. When I walked into the ballroom the day of the wedding I was almost brought to tears because of how perfect everything came together.

This team went above and beyond every step of the way. Somehow the guys in the wedding forgot to get pinned. Thi and Ngoc personally drove to the church and made sure every guy was pinned and every corsage was in place.
