Good Taste — Restaurant in Philadelphia

The woman that works there is mean and beyond rude!!! she treats every customer the same. I stopped eating there after she served me scorched tasting lo mein and then yelled at me because I brought it back! I proceeded to tell her that it taste like my lo mein was cooked in a burnt pan she was yelling nonstop she kept saying "what you want" "I wash it off make again" I was disgusted and asked for my money back! Stop giving these local corner Chinese stores your money in the hood it's not REAL authentic Chinese food anyway. My friend told me someone came in the store and threw dog poop at her window because she is so rude don't eat here EVER!! She has no idea what good customer service is and don't understand English well enough to know when someone is being nice to her! I would love to see this place leave my neighborhood They think all black folks are animals that's why...

I would never eat from this place!!! I ordered a shrimp and broccoli for my client who lives in the area and normally do not eat chinese food. While i stood waiting for the food, i observed that no one wears hair nets, they (children too) walk back and forth, passing the cooking food with outside coats on and once my client ooened the good the rice looked like mashed potatoes (over cooked)!!! My client had no idea, didnt eat her food because of what i observed and due to the overly cooked rice, and said that she will not order again. This place needs to shape up...

I called to place a lunch order at this restaurant and who ever answered the phone was VERY unprofessional. First of all she answered saying "Hello," and never said the name of the business, which made me think I had the wrong number. I then told her that I would like to place an order for delivery and she never said anything back in response. I just hung up at that point because the whole conversation was unproductive....
