Holmesburg Library — Attraction in Philadelphia

This is the LOUDEST library that I have ever tried to study at. Between the desk clerk and a man having the loudest conversation that i can hear details of while covering my ears trying to focus on what im reading to the man thats slamming the books that he is organizing, to the constant cell phones ringing!! Didn't go inside the library but I was there to pick up some produce they were giving through a food pantry. Very nice people distributing the food however some people have to be rude greedy obnoxious and even aggressive.
