Read moreIts awful. There are some stores you can get in through their doors, most you cannot. The prices are only outlet prices in very few stores. You're forced to walk through an overpacked , and very poorly set up mall. I had 2 stores I used to go to, Burlington barely has any of the brand names they used to have, and Guess store had horrible employees, I reported it to store manager, they didn't care that their employees yell yes yell at customers, and as I was trying clothes on, a MALE employee who knew I was in there opened the door! I called the police department and asked them to send someone over. I was stunned. These kids taking the bus up from inner city treated the cop just as badly!I recently went to Home Goods/Marshalls because my mom needed something, still very rude employees. This is also a high crime mall. The local police can verify that. Stay away for your own good, I will never go again, you aren't getting any great deals believe me, I'll stick with Oxford Valley mall (2 floors, you're not forced to pass all these other stores trying to lure you in), and many convenient exits/entrances if you're just going to one store. There are a lot of young people working there, but it's a different area and these kids were taught manners. That Philadelphia mall was a big mistake for the residents nearby as well, brought a bad element of people into their...
Read moreThere was a time when “ Franklin Mills” as it was once named thrived. It was so much fun. The food court was full of great vendors from cheesesteaks to Chinese, McDonald’s, pizza, and even a small diner people filled the seats to capacity. There were dozens of cool kiosk in the center where fun people sold trinkets and gizmos, dolls that flipped and ones that barked. Some sold candy and some jewelry and odd nail buffers. One guy even flew small remote controlled helicopters around. That was fun to watch. I think we even bought one once I’m sure. It had an indoor skate park for the cool kids (I always dreamed of going but couldn’t skate for my life) then over the years it lost that “ Dazzle “. Now I go just to reminisce and get exercise walking to the end and back with my bored children and buying the occasional pair of shoes and auntie Ann’s pretzels. The food court is so poor now. 75% unoccupied, nothing good to eat. Stores are bland. No fun exciting kiosks for the kids to dream in front of and annoy their parents for. I think it has potential though. They maybe need to take a good look at their board members and the heads folks and see what their vision is and maybe make some adjustments for the next generation of mall goers. Otherwise, take photos while you can because it may turn into some condos or...
