I don’t even know where to start. Every time I customize an order here, they completely ignore the add-ons. What’s the point of offering customizations if you’re not even going to look at them? Waste of time AND money. They also don’t have half the things you order online, which would be understandable if they at least compensated with something of equal value. But no — instead, they just throw together whatever they feel like and hand you a half-effort substitute that’s not even close to worth what you paid. It's like they genuinely don’t care what you ordered or whether it was remotely correct. And to top it all off: I ordered a veggie item and they put chicken in it. That is not just careless — it’s unacceptable. Whether it’s for dietary, religious, or ethical reasons, getting meat in a vegetarian order is a serious issue. Save yourself the frustration. This location doesn’t care about quality, accuracy, or customer satisfaction. It’s not worth going back.

Use to like taco bell but this location is terrible. One what's the point of ordering ahead if it you still have to check-in. You have to tell them your name, what you ordered and have to wait to they make it still. Also, how do you make a frozen drink without ice? How do you become out of ice. The food also was terribly put together and very messy n extra greasy. Along with the fact there was no meat in our meat taco. Along with the fact you have to sit in a long ass Drive through line to just get shit. You pay more money for smaller sizes n terrible quality . there are doing construction inside so you're not even able to go inside for a quicker service. Fast food is definitely not fast food anymore. For the amount of time I waited at this location I could have went to the market and made a better quality for a lot cheaper.

We went here close to closing the dining room. The young gentleman who had taken my order let me know that they would be closing but told me and my daughter not to rush. I said no problem, that we were probably going to go anyway (my daughter had wanted to go through the drive they and eat at home to begin with) I was waiting for my daughter to refill her soda and I began to cough really bad. Same kid comes over, asks if I’m okay, offers to get me water, etc. Then, when we were leaving, he told us to have s great night and apologized if we felt rushed, etc. He was super sweet...I wish I had his name!!! It was on December 27th, about 10 PM. Oh yeah, food wasn’t bad either. LOL! I’d eat there every day if all the employees were like this guy 👍

I had gone to taco bell and ordered food for my whole family. They shoved all of it into 1 bag and the tacos were dripping with so much grease that it ripped a whole in the bottom of the bag. I noticed the bag was wet when i lifted it off my (white leather interior) seat in my brand new car, and noticed it leaked all over my seat. It then fell out of the bottom of the bag because they overfilled it and it was wet and heavy. Needless to say i was really angry. I never had an issue with this location preciously id been going here for years, every time they make a mistake they rectified it, except this time. They told me i could come in and get my food remade the next day so i did. When i went in the manager on duty was extremely unpleasant. As i explained my situation to her she laughed at me and said it doesnt make sense “im just trying to figure out whats was wet hahaha” very ignorant. Then didnt even make my order correctly, when i informed her it was missing items she screamed in my face cursing and was acting foolish. “ YOU DIDNT SAY THAT, YOU DIDNT SAY THAT” You are a grown woman, at least 35 years old working at taco bell. Also the fact that she was to lazy to go look in the back because the manager from the previous day wrote it down in the book so she could have made sure it was right. Then had 3 employees playing around and knocking over carts with boxes on them in the back. It was ridiculous. So to end my rant i spent $30 dollars here and never got the correct order and was treated like garbage. Thanks taco bell. Also if your that old working at taco bell and acting like that, i guess your pretty miserable in your...

I have been going to this Taco Bell for years with my family but we just had the worst experience tonight. Seems like all the nice and competent workers quit and only the old cranky grumpy ones remain. I would rate the customer service zero stars if I could. We placed a mobile order and pulled up to the drive thru about 10 minutes later. A worker rudely told us they didn't have our order and tried to rush us off. On the app it clearly said our order had been recieved. We were told that it takes 10-15 minutes for the order to even show up on their screen, I haabe never heard such a ridiculous thing! We ended up another 15 minutes, and would have been fine if that same worker hadn't messed up our order AND gave us the most horrible attitude. He always had some snide remark. Putting up with all that wasn't even worth it, the food was disgusting. Containers must not be a thing anymore because it looked like everything was thrown in carelessly. The "burritos" were 85% hard wrap and 15% "meat." I would rather just starve next time than waste money on that "food". Nothing was hot. Our "large" and "medium" drinks were the exact same size and not even filled up. Overall this has been an extremely disappointing experience and I feel cheated. Would not recommend anymore. I suggest Taco Bell find some better workers before they start losing even...
