Melt N Sip - Crepes Shakes Waffles & More — Restaurant in Philadelphia

BEWARE!!! DO NOT EAT HERE!!! I came to this restaurant expecting good customer service, however, the “manager/owner” of the establishment was very ignorant and unwilling to compromise on the issues with my food order as well as others. BEWARE- If you order a chicken ceasar wrap, on the menu, it states exactly what’s is to be in there, however, the wrap was not what they advertised on their social media. I do believe that our food could have been prepared in a more humane manner.

The manager did not understand the mistake and that they are falsely advertising their menu. The grilled chicken ceasar wrap was not a ceasar wrap, but instead a wrap with chicken onions, peppers and sauce that’s not ceasar dressing.

The nachos barely contained any ground beef on them & the cheese on the pizza was not cook all the way through.

The manager’s customer service was pure ignorance and I will not ever recommend this place to anyone!

On top of that, nobody was in uniform, the server was speaking to me with airpods in which is unprofessional and lacks...

Me and my daughter were at the mall today and we were trying to decide where to eat lunch because Franklin Mills is lacking in that area. We were thinking about heading outside of the mall to Wendys when we came across Melt n Sip. My daughter saw that they had mozzarella sticks which are her favorite. So we go in to look at the menu. I ordered the mini waffles with strawberry and Nutella along with her mozzarella sticks. We were told ten minutes and that was how long for the food to come. The mini waffles were so pretty the way he drizzled the Nutella on them and put the strawberries on. The waffles were nice and fluffy and the strawberries were fresh and delicious and the Nutella was warm and delicious. My daughter really enjoyed her mozzarella sticks, the sauce was exactly how she likes it. No chunks of anything and not watered down like certain pizza shops around here. I’ve worked near here for two years now. I go to this place pretty frequently. It’s close to work. I believe it’s owned by a couple. The husband is polite, the wife is either shy or not friendly. They have new people pretty often sometimes the music is too loud or there’s a language barrier which makes ordering difficult.

Recently they got a new employee Adam, who is very pleasant and doesn’t blast the music. He’s very personable and a lot of us go in cause his customer service is awesome. He seems to remember your order and always smiling and asking about our day. Definitely a big change there and the fruit smoothie are really good. Service is so much faster too!
