I went to do an Even exchange for a product. It was only a size difference. I needed A large instead of a medium, I didn’t have my receipt on me, but when I was there before I was told that they would be able to look it up via email. The manager on duty was extremely rude. When all I wanted was the same exact thing, just a different size. I literally walked in the store with it, and she accused me of not making a legit purchase prior. I asked what’s the point of having the email to look up receipts if you still need the receipt. And she got an attitude I was fed up. I had the receipt at home so then I was going to just purchase another dress and return the other one later because I made a statement about how stupid this policy was she gets mad and refuses to me service tells me to come back when the store manager is here. Read moreI came to the store today with my daughter and my husband to look for a dress for graduation, As soon as I walk in the door the lady at the register yelled very loud from across the room. she was at the register with customers in front of her and everyone looked back when she rudely screamed at us to wait outside, we waited , she never walked up to us to tell us to come in, then everyone else walked in and she never said nothing to other customers her name was raven, Saying we can stand at the door.She was really rude. Read moreI had an extremely unsettling experience at this location. Associate 052519 lied and said that I must provide my email address to make a purchase here. I immediately contacted corporate who refuted this claim. Associate 052519 was extremely defensive and rude after I politely declined providing her with my email address. She stated that it was store policy & that I could either provide my email address or leave the store when I questioned her about this supposed policy of providing an email address. I felt Harassed, overwhelmed and bullied by this employee for not providing my email address which I have every right not to.
