I recently had the pleasure of working with Primo Parties for my son's birthday and I cannot recommend them enough! From start to finish, Albert was incredibly responsive, attentive to every detail and an absolute pleasure to work with. Primo Parties provided us with a kids castle bounce house that was a hit with all the kids, and kept them occupied for hours. Their rentals are reasonably priced, and the quality of the equipment was top-notch. What impressed me the most was their commitment to safety and cleanliness. Each rental is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after every use, ensuring a safe and worry-free experience for their customers. I rented a waterslide for my daughter’s 6th birthday party and Primo Parties was amazing! The slide was in my yard early in the morning the day of the party, quickly set up, and very clean (which was a concern of mine about renting a waterslide). The party wasn’t until the afternoon so our entire family (adults included) enjoyed the slide until the guests arrived. We also enjoined it the next morning until they picked it up. The water comes out as a mist and is more than enough to get you down the slide quickly, but to also not too much water to flood your yard. They were super responsive and easy to communicate with. These guys were great. We rented a waterslide for our daughters birthday parties. We were gonna rent one last year but I ended up going into the hospital and we had to cancel. They were great about that. So this year we rented the tropical waterslide. We originally wanted this one but it was already booked for our day. Well last minute I get a text from Jack saying that it was available and they were upgrading me. It was awesome. Best money ever spent. Albert was so nice and professional. They came set it up and came and took it down (it wasn't blown up then) and took it away. I couldn't say enough nice things about primo parties.
