Super great experience for the kids! We take our kids here often so they can burn off some energy! The 90 min jump normally does the trick, but you can choose however much time you want, minimum 30 minutes. They have obstacle courses, foam block pits, and trampolines everywhere! They have a cute kiddy section that is perfect for the small jumpers. The cool trampoline basketball courts are there for kids to feel like they are skywalking. They have the huge block pit that kids can jump and dive into as well! The staff there will bug you about the rules, just be nice and abide by them. They are simply doing their jobs. The foam block pits WILL LEAVE YOUR KIDS CLOTHES PEEZY AND FUZZY! If they wear nice clothes there because of a party, do yourself a favor and bring a change of clothes that they normally play in. There are no good options available but Sky Zone is in the NE section of Philadelphia so there are plenty of spots to eat at. There is a Nifty Fifties not far from Sky Zone, and you can find plenty of other eating establishments.

I have been to other sky zones before so I expected the experience to be the same for my group. Unfortunately it was not. I was told that my group could not jump together because of various ages. My group was made up of children and adults and the adults and children wanted to jump together. I also had members in the group that just wanted to watch but was told they wouldn't be able to without taking their shoes off. The staff here seem friendly enough but they dont really allow younger children to play freely like other sky zones I have been too. I feel as though this sky zone is more suitable for older children and adults

Saturday from 9:30-11 is the best time for young kids. Little leapers is fun for little kids and toddlers because bigger kids are going to bounce on top of them. There’s not too many people at this time either. Various balls were out there to play with and even 2 mascot characters (pay patrol) came walking out to greet kids for a few minutes. ⭐️🍪Where is it?? This Sky Zone is hidden in the back of the shopping complex all on its own. Our kids said this was the “best day ever” as they climbed and jumped on one thing after the next. There are so many options to choose from. Check this site out!

We are VERY disappointed with our experience having a birthday party here; I would give zero stars if I could. Upon arrival, we checked in, were given green wrist bands, and were told that we could go straight to jumping since our waivers were done online. From the start, it was very disorganized, we were not instructed on where to put our belongings for the party. We had decorations, cake, etc. and had asked to add on additional food items. We were not introduced to any sort of event assistant or event host. We had to ask the girl behind the desk multiple times where to put the cake and bags and other belongings. She came from behind the desk and took the cake and igloo (which was labeled with the birthday girls name) to the kitchen area but none of our decorations were taken anywhere. No one showed us where our “party room” was so that we could set up our decorations, table cloths, and paper products. 5 minutes before we were supposed to head to the party room, we gathered together and asked where we should go. We were pointed to upstairs so we went up there and waited 10-15 minutes before we saw any staff member. The tables were set with plates and cups but there were NO food or drinks out and ready to be served. We waited another 10 minutes for drinks and food to be brought to us. At that time, the party host apologized and said that she was looking for the members of the party but could not find any of us which is hard to believe because not everyone jumped and those of us who did go jump had on our green wristbands. Had we been greeted and introduced to our host upon arrival, this would not have been an issue. At check in, we gave our order of additional food items that we wanted and that was not communicated at all so we did not have enough food for our guest. Again, the party host apologized and told us that, it was the 3rd time that has happened today and said if we wanted food, we had to go downstairs and purchase smaller potions. While some of the guest were eating, we wanted to make sure that when they were done we could go right into singing happy birthday. We had the cake but our igloo of other deserts were missing so I informed the host that we had an igloo with desserts that was taken into the kitchen with the cake. It took her 10 minutes to find that and she apologized yet again and said that the girl who checked us in, was not clear on where she put it. We were just so ready to leave at that point so we cleaned up after ourselves, with no help from the host. Next to us, was a family and another host decorating and setting up for their party upon arrival, we did not receive that same treatment. They even brought out the food and drinks before calling the guest over the loud speaker. As we were headed downstairs, we heard them announce/call for the birthday family to head to the party room; we did not receive any of the same treatment. We were not accommodated in any way. This was an absolutely horrible experience. We are VERY VERY VERY disappointed with the service that...

Fun time for both kids and adults, friendly and kind employees, but under staffed. We paid for the best and most expensive birthday party package they offer and not all attractions were open due to not having enough staff and the manager that booked the party made it sound like we would have a private party room to eat and have cake in but all it really was is an area off to the side with multiple parties in it at the same time and only a 3 or 4 foot wall or counter between/separating the different groups. The staff is a bunch of teenage kids so customer service is lacking and when we tried to confront the place about the issues we were told a manager would call back multiple times and never did. For over 400$ there is no excuse for closed attractions and management not caring enough about customers or word of mouth referrals to take the time to speak to us and address our complaints and concerns. All and all the kids and adults had a blast and enjoyed themselves even with the attraction that the birthday girl was looking forward to the most being closed. But we wouldnt recommend spending that much money just for the glow party and to experience the attractions with black lights on, for half the price you can have the same party just during the day with normal lighting and without the black lights. This is a great and very fun place to have a party for both kids and adults just dont let the employee you speak to "sell" you on the glow party. We feel as if he talked it up and made it sound better and us believe it was more then it really is basically the way a used car salesmen would at a cheap car lot.. I'm not saying do not have your party here or do not go there because it is a good time but do your homework and think about it before you jump on the more expensive party packages they offer. The glow party is on a Saturday night when the park has a dj and uses blacklights to make certain things glow and that is the only difference for almkst double the price of the basic party package and that...

If I could give 0 stars for this location I totally would! My daughter has been bugging me to have her birthday party at a trampoline park that does glow in the dark. We attended a birthday party at a different Sky Zone and it was glow in the dark and she was obsessed. We booked the party at this location since it is centrally located for family and friends to attend. I reached out to the other Mom and she raved on how her daughters party was so easy! She didn't have to do anything! I was sold!! I spoke with this location a few times and it all sounded great! The "Party Room" would be perfect! The location would be perfect! And her party would be her dream come true! Well, boy... was I wrong! The "room" is actually an area off to the side where other kids sat in the way. We never saw an actual host. These poor kids who were jumping their little hearts out didn't even have water available for them to drink. It was a complete disaster! I even put gloves on a served the food myself! Our host certainly expected her tip though. My daughter had a great time jumping so she had a dream come true glow party but guests left early without eating, no support from a host and all the managers seemed to not care. The one guy offered to have my party buy drinks and food from concession. Why would I do that when I PAID to feed them? It was awful! And our experience was terrible. Would I go jump in the dark again, sure! Would I pay all that money to have a birthday party area where a host wasn't actively involved, no! It was a waste of money!! They provided NOTHING! Not even this so called "room" they told me we would have. The other location had this amazing host who was so hype with the kids and they decorated an actual room for the party. The Mom only brought cupcakes and a cake. We did not have that sort of experience. It was unprofessional, unorganized, and completely hands off by the staff at this Sky Zone location. My advice... don't book a party! Just...
