One of the short hispanic ladies with the mole and eye glasses, is extremely RACIST. Me and my mom have been going to this location for years and never had any major problems until I decided to go a couple nights ago by myself with a reward to redeem. (Mind you, we were kinda iffy about going to this location after she started working here because of her attitude at times but silly me decided to still go). It was a sandwich. I had gotten the hummus as one of the toppings but the reward excluded that which made the order have a remaining balance of $1.07, which I didn’t have at the time. So I had the lady remake it, and at the end of her making it, she was like “oh you have another sandwich reward?” And I was like “No….? Did you take the reward already?” She said “yeah”. So I was like ok well you can give me the sandwich you just made instead of the one with the hummus. She then proceeds to say “well the other sandwich is still in the system and I can’t take it off” I’m like ????? “Why not?” She goes “because it’s $1.07 still left” I’m like “Ok, I don’t have $1.07, that’s why I had you make another sandwich without the hummus added”. She THEN proceeds to tell me “I can’t take it out because then they’ll take it out of my check” I’m like girl what😭 so I said “So I can’t get my sandwich????” And she just shook her head no with this sly smile.
So im just looking at her right because you’re gonna give me my sandwich because when you redeem a reward, that means you’ve been spending enough money to get rewards in the first place, so technically that’s still my money. Second of all, that doesn’t make sense that everytime someone wants to discard an order, it’s gonna come out of YOUR paycheck??? So after our staring war of me looking at her and back at the sandwich and her staring at me with her head tilt and the smile remaining——the smile drops and she irritatingly switches the sandwich that has the hummus, with the new sandwich she made while saying something under her breath in Spanish with the nastiest attitude and gave me the sandwich. I said thank you and she ignored me. I won’t be returning to this location after my encounter with her that night. Everyone else is really nice in there, but SHE has this hidden animosity towards me for some reason which is cool because I’m never coming back to this grant one. I asked if they had any gluten free items and I was beyond excited when they told me ALL of their food was made fresh and gluten free. So i ordered the bowl. I asked again if the pita was gluten free , that i had a allergy and it was important and the man said yes its gluten free. Needless to say im soooo sick today in my stomach. I tried calling the store to see about the food again with no answer. So i drove over. It was a different man today and they are semi new so out of courtesy i waited for the customers to order and leave. When i asked about the pita the guy said it has gluten and pulled out(not fresh) pre made bagged pitas. I told him what happened and he offered no apology and in fact stated i should know my own allergies. I was highly insulted. I asked for a manager he said he was. Read moreI was very disappointed with the service. My husband was very excited to get food from here so I was open. I ordered (for the first time, I might add) through Google and Postmates. I received a text saying they got my order, and that it was ready. The text told me to "sign in" and they would bring the food to me. I don't have an account with Postmates so I couldn't sign in. I tried calling the restaurant twice and no one answered. When I did get through, they said they didn't get my order. I have them the order over the phone, and 15 minutes later, we got it (I had an infant in the car so I couldn't go inside and check the order). I live 35 minutes away, so I didn't realize the order was wrong for both meals. The falafel was dry and the rice needed more seasoning. A very poor experience. Plus, I didn't get reimbursed for the wrong doing. Perhaps it was a bad day in general, but I will not be getting food from there for a while. I blame this...
