I decided to check this location out on a Friday afternoon (2pm), purchased a fun pass for 2 plus paid extra for the trampoline area for my child to try out and enjoy. The overall trampoline area was Smaller than expected (no adults are allowed, so if you have a smaller child who wants you around to help or maybe they’re new to an area and have to warm up, I wouldn’t suggest adding this to your visit) There’s a few car rides my toddler enjoyed however I noticed the time frame for the car rides and even the games were very short. What a coincidence I won 1-2 tickets per game….The pizza was decent, the areas were clean. Chuck E. Briefly came out to visit…The prize section was nice, I “bought” my child a Chuck E. stuffy.
The staff was great and friendly except for an older lady working the door. Which leads to Another reason for my 3 star review: I guess she was explaining something to a customer exiting, of course it wasn’t my business to stand there and listen to their conversation. Well, I waited patiently with a tired toddler ready to leave for maybe what felt like 5 mins standing behind them. They were blocking the exit and I wasn’t aware there was a “Chuck E. cheese law” to check the stamp on your hand prior to exiting. (I haven’t visited a Chuck E Cheese since I was a child). Unable to wait any longer, I walked through the other side thinking this was ok-NORMALLY at any establishment you’re never checked when exiting and can leave at free will. I was dramatically stopped/ yelled at “Sis!, Sis!!” that’s not the exit!, this is and I have to check your hand!” Felt like I was stopped for breaking a law or something, super unnecessary. Good, civil customer service would’ve been to politely pause/excuse yourself from the current conversation, especially if you know the conversation would take time. Simply allow others to leave, especially if it wasn’t busy at all. Or, maybe try to implement multitasking……and for these reasons I will not be a returning customer to this...
Read moreTook my daughter there with her best friend and they had a blast and I got my babygirl the LankyBox Kitchen Box lol OMG she almost had a heart attack... It was cute though she's been wanting to get this for a few months ... So it came with a container of Mac n cheese, very cheesy pretty good and then a container of pink n blue churros, they were banging, then 100 in Chuckie cheese tickets and a few Lankybox collectible playing cards. They had fun and got prizes, pictures, and played a bunch of games for 90minutes for $32bucks which isn't bad and they danced with Chuckie cheese himself lol... Was a nice time
10/4/25--- Came here around 6:45pm and it was Soo packed and busy busy busy .... The wait time in line to purchase stuff was alil bit of a wait but the manager there who was running all over the place, poor girl... Was Soo helpful and I really appreciated her great customer service. She really helped when my card broke, and when the games weren't working but took minutes from my card, she uploaded my minutes back, and when my niece got hurt she got me a big baggie of ice and napkins so I'm very satisfied with her service. They have new stuff like the indoor play stuff but that's extra money I think and then you have to be a certain height so I don't think my 8 yr old nephew and my daughter were too tall to go in. Overall it was an okay...
Read moreWe had a great time at CC in NE Philly, BEFORE the rain flooded the place. The personal size pizza was the best I've eaten in months. The Salad Bar food was plentiful, great selection and fresh tasting. My husband enjoyed the Italian sandwich & fries... Having all the games to play was such fun, not just for my grandson, but also for us adults... Staff was polite and organized... CC was very clean, bathrooms also.... So how did we deal with the FLOOD ?? Since CC is located on a lower level w an outside ramp, we could not get out from the Main door .... too much rain. Back Exit had tons of steps, so Manager Denise had to figure out how to safely get my husband & his wheelchair out, also me & my grandson. Manager Denise called the fire dept. They came, 7 of them, helped my husband and carried him & his wheelchair up 25 steps. The firemen were very reassuring and polite. My 4 yr old grandson was very brave and such a good boy. Manager Denise even drove my car to the back door so we all could get in without getting soaked! We drove home safe & sound. Such an exciting day.... We are VERY THANKFUL to the Chuckie Cheese Staff and the Firemen... We will go back to this Chuckie Cheese, as soon as possible..... Before the flood, it was such fun.... There was a good number of young children, but all were polite, well supervised and...
