I brought my phone to this store to have a cracked screen replaced. The screen was badly cracked due to the phone falling onto cement, but the phone was still working fine and had no issues at all other than the cracked screen. They brought my phone into the back of the store where they worked on it for about an hour, and when I got the phone back it had a nice new screen on it. They ran a couple of tests and said everything was fine. Once I left the store, I realized that whenever I wasn't connected to Wi-Fi, I could no longer get an internet connection or make or receive calls, and kept getting a message that said "You are not registered on a network". In addition to resetting my phone many times, and attempting to reconnect to Verizon, I also brought the phone back to the store twice and explained the problem. Both times they worked on the phone but weren't able to resolve the issue, and they kept telling me that I needed to contact Verizon about the situation. I actually did call Verizon but they didn't know what the issue was, and I also went to a Verizon store and had them replace the SIM card. I still could no longer use the phone and kept getting the same message that said "You are not registered on a network". So the bottom line is that since having my screen replaced at the Cellphone Clinic I was never again able to use the phone, and I had to go out and purchase a new phone. As an added note, the store wouldn't give me a refund because they said that only the new screen they put on is guaranteed. The fact that I could no longer use the phone was a "Verizon issue". Read moreRUN AWAY Very unprofessional people. I wanted to replace the screen on mini iPad. They asked for a deposit and we agreed on a price. After I left, they called again and said they made a mistake and the price went up $50. I said ok, mistakes happen and informed them it’s ok. That was Thursday. I called Tuesday and they told me that the parts didn’t arrive. I called Thursday and they said we have the part and I should bring it. I dropped it and they said it will be ready Friday. On Friday, I went to pick it up and the lady told me that the technician couldn’t not insert the new screen fully. Therefore, the lower right corner will stay off and there’s a gap there. She suggested to put a tape around it! I refused to take it and said this not fixed. She agreed to let the technician try again. Friday night I called and talked to the technician who said he didn’t fix it yet. Saturday morning he called and said it’s ready. I said I will come around 1 to pick it. When I arrived, they were closed and I had to come back later. Eventually, I picked it up and now I realized that the touch Id is not working anymore! Obviously, either they replaced the original button or destroyed the touch sensor. I called back and they said to bring again to check! Honestly, I don’t trust them anymore. They told me to bring the phone back and they’ll replace the screen again. A few weeks go by and the same thing happened again. So I asked if I can just get some sort of refund and they told me no and that the only option is to continue to just replace the screen. None of the freezing started until after the first time they replaced my screen. Also I live in pa so it was very inconvenient for them to tell I’m had to keep driving to jersey just to do what they’ve already tried more than once. The owner was a complete jerk and had terrible customer service. Not only that but when you walk in the store they had about 5 kids running back and forth like it was a playground, I understand kids will be kids (company is just all around unprofessional) I recommend the phone store in Palmer mall!
