Loved the Polar Express! THE best experience EVER!! Every step of the process was easy and enjoyable. Luke J. at the ticket counter was friendly, knowledge and extremely helpful! The entire train ride is filled with entertainment. Our favorites were the juggling, chefs serving hot chocolate and cookies, Popcorn the elf was awesome!!! He walked over and said "who wants a selfie with an elf-ie". So fun!! Towards the end we had a visit with Santa! Santa was dressed beautifully and so nice. All of the staff on the train made sure everyone was having a blast. It wasn't rushed and all the entertainers stopped so we could take photos and selfies. We also received a souvenir silver bell with "Polar Express" engraved on the bell. Such an awesome ornament to hang on the Christmas tree to bring back this memory! The parking wasn't bad. We parked on the street for free about 1 block away. There was a little bit of traffic so get there with plenty of time to spare. There was also a parking lot closer to the train. They had food carts at the base of the train tracks that had a good variety of food. We didn't eat there but they had burgers, hot dogs, fries, pretzels, chicken fingers, steak sandwiches, piergoies, hot and cold beverages just to name a few. I would go back again and want to try the other train tours throughout the year. THE best...
