I recently worked with Michael on selling my home as-is and he stayed true to his word 100%. He was honest and up front with me from our first phone call. He professionally warned me that other companies who give quotes over the phone before stepping foot on my property to actually see it would more than likely continue to lower their price on the initial offer. I’ve heard stories from friends about this happening to them. This company does not work that way. They do not make an offer until they see your home. I received 100% of the offer amount at closing (minus paying off mortgage and taxes of course) that I was told I would receive when the initial offer was made. It was a very fair offer. No smoke in mirrors or bait and switch tactics here! Michael was very communicative during the whole process, as well as the title company they use. 📛👎🏻👎🏻 🔴 BE CAREFULL - Is a Very Unprofessional company...We was buying a property with this company...We opened escrow with $10k non refundable deposit...and all ready to close the deal, and this " very bad company of Arizona Home Offer" sold the same property to somebody else...That is very irresponsible and very unethical, it is the worst company that I have seen as an investor...it is useless, I do not recommend them...zero...this company...
