I'm not one to write reviews but this one was definitely needed, because someone in management needs to know what happened with my family today at Culver's. My family and I had visited this Culver's today because we were coming from a family event and were in a hurry to go to another event, but needed to stop for some quick food. We visited this location because it was on the way and chose drive through because the line was short. We ordered our food and got our reciept which was timestamped 5:10pm. We were told to wait in a spot ahead with a number sticker on our window.
Approximately 20 minutes went by and we had not recieved any contact from any employees inside with our food. I decided to go inside only to find out something happened with our order receipt and our food was not being made. I was told I could get a refund or wait even longer while they put a rush on our order and started making it. Since my family was hungry and we didn't have a lot of time, I chose to wait for the food even longer because a refund would have canceled my order.
Jordan was the employee I was speaking to and although she was very kind and apologetic, all she offered to rectify the issue was a coupon for a small entree only valid at this location. I informed her that I lived about an hour away and would not be back to this location, and asked if I could get something I could use at a location near me. She said they only had coupons valid at this specific location, and took the coupon back as I said I was unable to use it here.
I left the restaurant as soon as my food order was complete and at this time, it was now 5:42. I initially paid for my food in the drive through at 5:10. After being very inconvenienced and waiting over 30min for my food in the drive through, I left with nothing to rectify the situation.
I understand that mistakes can be made (although I'm not sure how you can lose an entire order receipt that was paid for), but I was very disappointed that I did not recieve anything to make up for...
Read moreWife and I went there tonight (April, 2020) for take out during this health crisis. We both ordered the same thing: cod fish sandwich dinners. We specifically asked if they came with cheese and lettuce. We were told that the sandwiches came with cheese and lettuce. Got the order home and the sandwiches were just the fish fillet on a bun; no lettuce or cheese. We were disappointed and Culver's appears to be yet another business that can't handle curbside service. Get it together Culver's. Btw, we were order #234. Very disappointed. New editing to this previous review: This was my first review. I added this below after giving this Culver's location another chance four months later. I shouldn't have done that.
Went to the same location again last night (8/22/20). I had a friend over and wanted to buy dinner for him and my wife. We ordered 3 sandwich baskets (1 fish & 2 chicken) and 2 cheese curds. My friend asked to substitute pretzel fries for regular fries. The lady taking the order said "OK".
We pull up to the window and find out that we were given only 2 sandwich baskets (1 fish & 1 chicken). Disappointed, we ordered another sandwich that came to another six dollars and change. I handed the lady ten dollars and the change. So I was due four dollars back. The lady handed me back three dollars and a bunch of change; as if I hadn't given her the change due at the beginning.
When they brought our food out, they forgot to include the extra sandwich that we were forced to buy. Angry, I asked for a Manager and Kayla came out. She gave me a ticket for a free meal.
The thing is, I don't want free food, I want them to get my order right when I order. I want them to hand me back the right change. I want them to remember to give me all of the food that I ordered. I want them to do the job right.
This is now twice on a row that they have screwed up my order. I am done with this location. I don't need the...
Read moreFirst I want to say the Deer Valley location is a very beautiful building and the Mountain Dew is the best fountain I've had... Now onto the reason I gave this location a 2 star.... We arrived in the drive thru, my significant other ordered a 4 piece chicken tender meal with a Root Beer Shake (super delicious BTW). I ordered a Wisconsin Pub Cheese Burger with cheese curds and a Mountain Dew. Went to the window and paid.... waited for about 5 minutes and two employees came out and gave us our food, off we went... Got home and started taking out the contents of the bag; fries, cheese curds, chicken tenders, and a burger (I think). I unwrapped the wrapper and noticed something a little off, it was one of their flat melts, not the pub burger I ordered... No biggie, it happens. I call the number on the receipt, a female answers the phone with a "hello". Again not a big deal to me, just seemed a little unprofessional. I explained that I had received the wrong burger, she told me to come back and they would make the right one for me. So, I place the burger and receipt back in the bag and drove back... When I arrived, I entered the dining room and no one acknowledged me at first until I said "I'm the one who just called", the young gentleman behind the counter, turned to his co-workers and yelled, "Yo! This is the guy who just called!" After a few seconds a second young gentleman came up to the counter, grabbed a box (the right burger), placed it in the bag and handed it to me. Not one employee acknowledged me or said anything to me the whole time I was in there... So, I get home and open the box, thank God it's the right burger, I took a bite and noticed the burger patties were burnt and dry. This is one Culver's I won't be coming back to strictly based on the lack of customer interaction and professionalism. Still a very...
