You must go here.

Does your body feel like one tight, angry knot? Maybe you work out all the time without enough of a focus on stretching, mobility/posture, or you sleep on your arm and you're not 20 anymore. You must go here.

Do you feel like other massages just don't quite get all the way deep enough to actually release tight muscles and connective tissue? Maybe you leave those massages feeling a slight improvement, but nowhere near what you know you should be feeling. You must go here.

Let's start with the basics: location is easy to find (in a corporate stall, but the parking was plentiful after 5pm and the area is not that sketchy). The front door does open right into the massage room, however, so make sure it's the appointment time and/or that you aren't interrupting a session before you try to open the door. It's a single, fairly large room (many massage rooms are tiny, I barely know how the masseur is able to move around), but it's the whole office space with the table in the center, mini-fridge, etc. There are some curtains for privacy.

If you have not had a massage before, know how to follow instructions (face-up usually entails laying down lower on the bed, below the face hole; face-down means use the face hole as a breathing spout) and try to relax. For the first part of this massage, I was fully clothed and laid on top of the heated bed, and Stayzha was able to instantly assess and target the precise knots all over my body, as well as put into place my hips and ribs (all painfully out of whack). Gentle pressure feels painful when it's applied to extremely tight areas, so if it hurts, it's probably working.

I booked a 2-hour session and left elated. It felt like 5 years of overtraining and under-stretching was loosened up, and I slept super well afterwards. If you have issues with hypermobility and often find your hips drifting, ribs out of place, etc.-- you must go here. Drink...

I can't begin to recommend this service enough to all my friends and co-workers. If you have any sort of body aches or pains, or even general stiffness, Stayzha is an expert at finding the trigger points and working out the knots. Initially, I had strained my neck through some stupidity of my own, so I made an appointment. I honestly wasn't entirely sure what it would all entail, I was just hoping for some relief on my strained SCM muscle. She definitely made me a believer that session though. I knew my body had some tight points, but I never would've guessed I had as many as she showed me. The whole time, Stayzha was extremely informative and able to explain the process of what she was doing and how it'd help my body to heal, in a simple terms. The process of deep tissue massage can definitely be painful at moments, depending on which trigger points are being worked on, but I felt she did a great judging my discomfort levels, and walked me through it very professionally. Afterwards, I felt as if I had been revived. My body felt loose all over, and I felt an almost euphoric relaxation. I slept great, and felt even better the next day including my tight SCM. It took another day before the tightness fully resided, but I could tell a night and day difference after the massage. I would highly recommend...

Stayzha is very intelligent and confident in her work - and for good reason, she is good! I have 3 herniated discs in my thoracic spine from strength training and have hit a lot of dead ends with doctors in trying to get pain relief from a method that will heal, not just mask the pain. I’m glad to have found Stayzha and feel confident that with my consistency (ensuring I keep going back), she will help me actually get some rehabilitation from the injury!

For anyone that has an injury (or even has had to get a knot worked out) that needs this kind of therapy, you know it can be a painful process, especially when starting. Stayzha was clear in her communication and made a comfortable environment for me to be clear in my communication as well. If I needed a break, I would say that and she stopped or changed the pressure.

You can tell she has wide-spread knowledge across multiple therapy techniques and I learned a lot about what my body specifically needs to start strengthening the right areas to head towards recovery. I’ll 100% be booking with Stayzha again! Thank you for a great experience and giving me a glimpse of hope that rehabilitation is possible after almost 2 years of chronic pain and dead ends with doctors,...
