"Both Ethan (regarding our new motorcycle sale, upgrades and delivery), and Kari (regarding the purchase of motorcycle gear and helmets for my wife and I), truly delivered on helping us to find exactly what we wanted with the best of terms. They truly cared about our concerns & priorities, and they really worked hard, all in a pressure-free environment! A great example was when Ethan said he'd follow up with regular status reports on our ordered add-ons, he did exactly that ON or before the day he said he would. He even replied back on a day he was off work which I didn't initially know or expect but greatly I appreciated. There were NO EMPTY PROMISES!! In fact, there were pleasant and unexpected things done that we so greatly appreciated. Things like; delivering our new motorcycle free of charge to our home 2.5hrs away, or Kari helping us to come up with cost saving ways to purchase the helmets we wanted! These people, along with some others, are the reason we are committed now to come to Buddy Stubbs (2.5hrs away) for all of our service and repair needs when initially, very early on, I felt skeptical that the drive wasn't worth servicing the bike there due to the long distance because I have much closer options. And, if I ever consider buying another bike, I most definitely will be a return customer. REAL Integrity, follow-thru & TRUE customer care are qualities not generally associated with vehicle dealerships (at least in my life's personal experience). I am so very pleased to find, not just one person at your dealership, but REALLY, EVERYONE we came in contact with to hold these qualities as core values that customers like me can depend upon. Thank you for making our new motorcycle purchase experience easy and worry free and thank you to Ethan and Kari for all of your helpfulness throughout our...

I scheduled service for an oil change and to check my rear brakes which were squealing. The tech recommended I do a 25K full service (for $1,150!) since I was at 23.2K. OK. Asked me if I wanted to wait for it to be completed or come back. I chose the latter. Called me at the end of the day and said we need to keep it overnight, taking longer than expected. 4pm next day, still nothing from them, so I called and asked if it was ready. Ohhh errrr, yes it's done! Just need to get the paperwork done, it'll be done by the time you get here. $30 uber ride there. Here's the keys. "did the tech check the brakes?" errr yes sir! he said the pads were at 75% and he couldn't replicate the squeaking. Dubious but reassured by the service, I rode off. Hit the brakes, first time massive squeaking. Every time I hit the brakes massive squeaking. Rode the bike back, said this wasn't acceptable. Errr, we'll need to keep it overnight sir! $30 uber ride back home. They ultimately replaced the brake rotor and pads, at an additional cost of $450 - "kindly" waiving the $150 installation fee for the trouble. $30 uber ride back to pick it up.
Since then, the bike has been leaking fluid all over my garage floor, as pictured. They will claim it is unrelated, and of course there is no way I can prove it is, other than knowing in my heart that it is, and that these guys have proven they are utterly incompetent.
Sadly, they also have $1,600 of my money and I need to take it somewhere else to spend even more money fixing...

Rick was my salesman, and from the start he was very friendly and treated you like a friend not a commission. That personally holds a lot of weight and says something about what type of man he is. I told him what my wants were and what i was comfortable spending he said not a problem and stuck to it. He never once tried to force me into something i didn't want or payments i could afford. He basicly let me shop around answering all my questions till i found the right bike for me, and when i found it he got me right into it. My only complaint was the wait time to do my paper work it was like 2 hours. The time itself was not a big deal, and i know it's hard to predict these things sometimes, but if i would have known how long it was really gonna be i could have went home dropped off my car and came back and rode my bike home that night instead of coming back the next day. They kept telling shouldn't be much longer so i didn't. To their credit though i have no doubt they were working and trying as hard as they could to move the process along as quickly as possible like i said sometimes you just can't predict these things. Overall it was one of the best buying experiences I've had, so would i recommend buddy stubbs Harley in Phoenix absolutely yes they are a great bunch and friendly...
