When my husband and I got married we knew we wanted to have pies as our main dessert. We were so lucky to find Monica at Only Pies! She was eager to help make all of our pie dreams come true down to the very last detail and didn't even bat an eyelash at our custom pie filling requests of 'Pumpkin Horchata' and 'Apple Churro' for our 3" mini pies for our guests! We were able to do a tasting beforehand and were super impressed at the flavors and consistency of the crust. We loved that she incorporated the saguaro cactus design into each of our pies to help fit the theme of our desert wedding, and were so impressed she has able to do a split bride and groom pie (half raspberry, half pumpkin horchata). There was a mix up the night before the wedding on a design detail and Monica was so so sweet to stay up late making sure everything was perfect for our wedding. This isn’t your ordinary store bought pie. I ordered a Dutch apple pie and everything from outside to in was absolutely delicious.
