I contacted Sal because of the reviews but sadly my experience wasn’t a good one. He came out quickly to give me an estimate but then it went downhill from there. The estimate wasn’t totally complete. He gave me the cost per square foot to replace the sod but he didn’t measure the area. I had to measure the yard to get an estimate total. I contacted him twice about timing to do the job and no response. How unprofessional is this? If he doesn’t want to do a job, man up and say so. If a business doesn’t want the jobs that are less than $5,000, then be professional about it and tell the person up front there’s a minimum.
